ECR and MSB packaged AC on/off switch and thermsotat defective same need to be renew. MSB room packaged AC compressors not starting same need to be check and rectify. All consumable spares are in Vendor scope. Make: HEINEN AND HOPMAN, CAPACITY: 7.5TR AND 3 TR. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

W/H window wiper not working properly. Defective blades need to renew. same need to check and rectify. Check wiper control panel also, rectify, renew if needed. Make: JUNG-A, Model:SERIES-803M. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

W/H WINDOW FLUSHING - 2 set. - Solenoid coils (20 no's) and cables are defective, need to renew. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

EMG LIGHTS IN OUTSIDE DECK These lights cannot turned off, because of having inbuilt battery, 24 nos were renewed in last dry dock with local toggle switch for isolating inbuilt battery supply. All 24 Nos Emergency Lights need to be controlled from a switch at Wheel House. If required necessary cabling (Marine Grade Cable) to be carried out to prove the system. Satisfatory trials to be shown to Ship Staff/ HSL. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

DEEP FREEZER: Non-operational in officer mess and Wet lab same need to repaired. Make: bluestar, model: PDF300B. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

Deep freezer in crew mess room closing door defective need to renew. Make: bluestar, model: CHF500A. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

UV STERILIZER: non operational, voltage is not coming from PCB to the bulb holder. Casing also damaged. Make it working properly. Renew spares if needed to operate. Make: TECHNICOMAR, model: TC-5000. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.
