Supply, Carting, laying, jointing, fixing, testing & commissioning of following sizes of G.I (M). pipe for Supply Main and distribution main as per latest IS : 1239 codes specification with specials & fittings in trenches underground including cutting, threading, Testing of material etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Supply Main in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. Assuming that 90% Pipeline is laid in trenches & also it is estimated that 75% trenches will be in soil mixed with shingle, bazri, boulder and rest of 25% will be in medium rock.

Supply, cartage & fixing of folowing valve(class-I) of following dia. including supply of all necessary T&P like flanges, nut bolts, rubber gaskets, etc. complete as per latest IS speciation or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Design, drawing & construction of wheel/Air valve chamber, complete in all respects, as per directions of Engineer in charge including supply of material, labour, T&P and fixing of required size M.H. Cover required for proper completion of work.

Supply,Cartage of all labour,material & T&P and construction of PTSP. as per departmental type desigin and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

RCC CWR:-Design, testing bearing capacity of soil and construction of R.C.C. semi sunk Clear Water Reservoir of following capacities in K.L. including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes of size equal to sizes of inlet and outlet pipe line, making bye pass arrangement, fixing of overflow pipe in outlet pipe/distribution system, fixing of lightening conductor & construction of wheel valve chambers with M.S. Manhole cover of size as per norms, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank, construction of PCC Apron of 0.75m with 0.15 m drain and colour washing of approved class snowcem and along with carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

PROTECTION WORK:-Construction of protection works including necessary Earth Work for Site Development, etc. as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-

Random Rubble stone masonry in 1:6 cement and course sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble stone masonry laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Provision for laying PCC 1:2:4

Supply,cartage of all labour,material & T&P and construction/Fixing of Chlorinator Bucket of 25 liter capacity over CWR.
