OD62297/2025-2026:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

16.9:Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water-cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6.

OD65993/2025-2026:Encasing the deteriorated surface with micro concrete so has to get a uniform size. Applying epoxy bonding agent on the existing concrete surface so as to get a well bonding with the new surface. The rate shall include the cost of material, labour charges of generator. All complete as per manufacture specification and as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge,including shuttering.

OD62296/2025-2026:Random rubble masonry using departmental rubble in foundation and plinth including through and bond stone and levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6course sand) 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
