Infrastructure and event management of Coir Kerala 2019

Dome 1 - A/C imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering and elevated platform flooring covered with coir carpet along pathways and remaining with synthetic carpet, sufficient lights and other required facilities. 124 stalls of 3mX 3m including 2 tables, 2 molded chairs, facilities to display coir and related products, adequate fire-fighting tools, business lounges in 5 separate location with drinking water facility for entire event and space for setting up of business centre.

An exclusive theme branded reception/registration area at entry, facility for spot registration ,3 laptop and 2 printer with scanning facility and Wi Fi/internet connection for 5 Days in dome 1 pavilion with LAN availability at reception ,media room and office room.

VVIP room with lounge, bed and mattress, 2+1+1 sofa set, 1 coffee table, 1 Table with chair and sufficient power point, internet connectivity with 1 laptop & 1 printer should be located inside dome 1.

Business lounge with 1 three seater, 2 single seater with coffee table, Coffee/tea vending machine within dome 1, for 5 Days.

Setting up of an office space with table and chairs for 10 seats with one locker facility, adequate firefighting tools, sufficient power points and internet connectivity 3 lap tops and 2 printers inside dome 1.[ 5 Days]

Media Room with power points, adequate firefighting tools, 2 laptop, 1 printer,internet connectivity and tables and chairs (5 sets)

Theme pavilion 6M x 6M ( 388 Sft) inside of international pavilion of Kerala traditional architecture using contemporary and traditional coir products as per design provided.

Net Work Connection in three locations – Media, Registration and office [ 5 Days], Wi-Fi / internet connection for 5 Days in dome 1 with LAN availability at reception, media room and office room.

Dome 2 - A/C imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering and elevated platform flooring covered with synthetic carpet in full area, adequate firefighting tools, sufficient lights and other required facilities. 150 stalls of 3m X 3m with 2 tables, 2 molded chairs, facilities to display coir and related products in each stall with drinking water facility and adequate firefighting tools for entire exhibition area.

Dome 3 - AC imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering and elevated wooden platform of 10 cms height, flooring covered with synthetic carpet in full area for conducting inaugural and valedictory function with seating capacity of 1500 audience, adequate firefighting tools, arrangements to conduct cultural programmes, National & international seminars, buyer- seller meet, (Stage size 17M x 15M) with necessary sound system and sufficient audience light. Ramp with hand rail & coir carpet and bottom structure with iron square frame.

Dome 3 – Non-AC imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering and elevated wooden platform of 10 cms height, flooring covered with synthetic carpet in full area for conducting inaugural and valedictory function with seating capacity of 1500 audience, adequate firefighting tools, arrangements to conduct cultural programmes, National & international seminars, buyer- seller meet, (Stage size 17M x 15M) with necessary sound system and sufficient audience light. Ramp with hand rail & coir carpet and bottom structure with iron square frame.

Provision for converting Dome 3 into three halls during day time to conduct international & national seminars, buyer-seller meet, competitions with adequate separation and sound proofing. Including required electrical points for LED wall and movable speaker 3000 watts [ 2Nos], UPS, Podium [ 2Nos.] & speaker system, along with facility for providing buffet lunch. This temporary separation arrangement needs to be removed and hall has to be re-arranged to auditorium before 6pm for all 5 Days.

Green room combined with dome 3 A/C imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering of total size 25M x 10.5 M with 10 cms elevated wooden carpeted platform and 10 units of octonorm stall (3m x 3m) with lights, plug points, adequate firefighting tools, 10 Nos.. mirror. 10 tables, 20 chairs. Separate direct access to stage and ground.

Elevated Platform for Camera and follow spot

Arrangements for conducting inaugural function, cultural programs, seminars, buyer- seller meet and valedictory function. The other essentials are full backdrop using higher LED wall, with 12’ x 4’ side wings of 6 numbers using coir and allied natural materials, 5 feet inaugural lamp, lighting accessories, Nirapara, name boards, 100 Kasavu shawl/ mementos, floral arrangements, dressed tender coconut with tray or tea/coffee and snacks in dais, cushioned VIP chairs of (approx. 30 Nos..) , dressed Tea poy (4 Nos.), podium with branding, public addressing system, reception of invitees, managing entire event flow and co-ordination and MC/compere for inaugural function, seminar, buyer-seller meet, valedictory function and cultural programmes.

Non AC imported hanger structure supported on aluminum anodized pillar with translucent white fire retardant roof covering and elevated platform flooring covered with carpet in full area, adequate fire- fighting tools, sufficient lights and other required facilities. Provided with cloth covered tables (75 Nos.) and armless chairs (250 Nos.)

Public cafeteria provision outside stadium adjacent to entry passage. Attractive theme based masking in front of domes of traditional Kerala architecture with Coir and allied natural materials. Separate entry & exit points must be provided to two exhibition halls & auditorium.

Providing coir cloth printed design boards of 6 “ thickness above temporary masked theme in front of domes, to be placed as per design provided.

Theme based installation, suspended from a height of 20’ as per design provided.

Pagoda of size 20’ x 20’ for machinery display in lobby area with wooden platform, synthetic carpet, side covering (with silk cloth).

Pagoda of size 10’ x 10’ for rest station for police, health, fire force on site team & drivers, camera surveillance room, in stadium premises with wooden platform, synthetic carpet, pagodas to be covered on sides with silk cloth.

Masking of stadium area with attractive paintings adhering to green protocol.

Masking of lobby area ( VIP entry arch) using theme based digital printing boards, with external lighting. Size [ 20’ x 10’]

Clearing of stadium before and after Coir Kerala 2018 event. Shall handover the stadium premises before 15th October, 2018 after the event, in the same condition as provided for conducting event by stadium authorities.

Electrical generator sets with fuel for providing electrical power for entire program area including 3 domes and pagodas and all other arrangements (connected load should be calculated).

Charges towards 100 KVA genset [& fuel for loom machinery in pagodas for 5 Days.
