Ousourcing of services for Manning and Operation of 02 Nos electrically operated gearless type lifts of 08/13 persons capacities (Make TRIO) installed at Officers Accommodations building No P-120 (Vikramaditya bldg) suitable to serving G+6 (i.e. 07 floors) in two shifts from (06:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs) on seven days a week by providing one qualified, skilled operator per shift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift capacity 8 passenger (554 Kgs) "Make TRIO" Passenager lift for Officer Accn Bldg (Bldg No P-120,121,122 ) at Nofra serving for G+ 6 floor (i.e 07 floors) having power operated door and simplex collective control system with repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bearing bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers, door rope, door locks and its contacts. control cards, control connector/links, steel rope, ARD batteries, Hall push buttons and its spares, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/broken MS parts if any, repair/replacement of door safety edge workng at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contract, COP buttons, car position indicator, door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requiremnt for safe and smooth operation of lifts, maintaining of cabin carpet car top acrylic sheet, painting as per existing, cabin fan, cabin light, maint of auto rescue device (ARD), etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 4.00 & 5.00 All items / Material expect items / Material referred here-in-after shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair VVVF drive system suitable for 13 passenger lift serving for G+6 floors (i.e. 07 floor) along with all electrical connection complete including taking down old unserviceable VVVF drive of any make & any type from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix new sealed maintenance free batteries 07 AH ,12 Volts (set of 4) including connections and disconnecting existing batteries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cabin fan non oscilliating type axial flow, single speed 300 mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grill including taking down old unserviceable cabin fan from car cabincomplete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors (2.00 mtr) suitable for 8/13 persons lift including taking out unserviceable one from its location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing COP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open , cabin fan, cabin light, stop attendant out key etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system & testing complete including taking out unserviceable COP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & installation of Maintenance free and Environment Friendly earthing (earth electrode set ) comprising of 17.2mm dia 3 mtrs long rod of Low carbon steel, molecular Copper Bonded for a thickness of 250 microns, highly conductive ANSI NSF STD 60 Certified, with 1Bags(50P) of environment friendly carbon based backfill compound, according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 and with suitable clamp and 100mm dia bore hole with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with common salt including necessary earth work, PCC chamber and reinforced PCC cover and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps recess / crosses buried in ground / drawn in conduit / pipe / fixed to poles / any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
