Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2(1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including compaction of concrete, curing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings,slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in roof, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking,bending,spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire anealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spacers and binder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar works; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Form work to sides of pillers, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs exc 10cm width (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in Cement Mortar 1:6 in walls complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
