Repair works of Cranes Controls and Aux Engine DSG device

No.2 crane ( 25 tonner electric crane ) provided with 03 nos movement control mother boards & daughter cards, including thyrister firing cards and relays. Also, provided with 01 safety control mother board & daughter cards and relays. Entire control & safety system of the crane including wiring & relays to be checked for proper working. Also, general servicing of control & safety electrical circuits to be done. After rectification of the defects,cranes to be made trouble free for operation. satisfactory trial of crane to be shown to HSL /ship staff including all safety cut outs like anti collision, hoist slack wire cut off, empty drum cut off , minimum reach, maximum reach cut off and full drum etc .

Cost of Spares: For executing of the above mentioned jobs,Contractor has to procure,supply all spares,wiring etc., Contractor has to quote lump sum cost for required spares,wiring etc., mentioned at at SL No 1 for above scope of work.The taxes will be paid at actuals. The cost of spares quoted by contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost" mentioned in the BOQ for this line item for satisfactory completion of the specified SOW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this serial 1.01 against third party/ OEM invoice.

Also, provided with 01 safety control mother board & daughter cards and relays. Existing control & safety systems of this crane to be replaced with new electronic control system ( suitable PLC system ) with new wiring. After the installation of new electronic control & safety system, satisfactory trial of No.3 crane to be shown to ship staff including all safety cut outs like anti collision, hoist slack wire cut off, empty drum cut off , minimum reach, maximum reach cut off and full drum etc . NOTE : New electronic control/safety system manual and spare parts list to be handed over to ship for future reference including PLC passwords etc. Moreover, one year warranty to be provided to newly installed Control/safety system. Also, existing control system mother boards/PCBs/Relays which were removed from no.3 crane have to be handed over to ship staff .

No.1 crane (5 tonner electric crane ) is non operational. Fault to trace and rectify. No.1 crane is provided with 03 nos movement control mother boards & daughter cards including thyrister firing cards and relays. Also, provided with 01 safety control mother board & daughter cards and relays. Entire control & safety system of this crane including wiring& relays to be checked for proper working . Also, general servicing of control & safety electrical circuits to be done.Defects observed if any to be rectified & cranes to be made trouble free for operation. After the repairs, satisfactory trial of No.1 crane to be shown to HSL/ ship staff including all safety cut outs like anti collision, hoist slack wire cut off, empty drum cut off , minimum reach, maximum reach cut off and full drum etc .

Removal & Refit of Entire Joystick control panels of Deck cranes, accessories and its wiring for fabrication and fitment of new control box bases

Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this serial 4.01 against third party/ OEM invoice.

Aux engine -5 electrical DSG 822 Device is damaged and not in place . Presently manual load sharing is being done but Auto load sharing is not possible. Satisfactory auto load and auto load sharing to be shown to HSL/ship staff.
