1. M and L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane SM No. 341/7003-CN/10 : - (a) Inspect for wear of bridge and trolley wheel, flat sports and check in flange. Ensure drive wheels are of the same diameter. (b) Check for worm collector shoes, sag in main runway wiring, ensuring contact to be kept through the entire length runway. Check alignment and relocation. (c) Servicing, cleaning and maintenance of gear box assy and repair of main gear box with spares such as seal for gear box and replacement of fresh gear oil. (24 Litrs) (d) Checking, cleaning the contacts of the contactors including replacement of contactors.(Each 4). (e) Checking the pin and bushes for wear of flexible coupling and proper adjusting. (f) Lubrication of all moving parts and applies fresh grease. (g) Cleaning the plumber blocks and applying fresh grease for lubrication. (h) Cleaning and greasing the wrinch assy including maintenance of rope wire complete. (j) Servicing, aligning, adjusting and replacement of the limit switches. (Each set 6) (k) Replacement of the cable guide with rollers.(32 Each) (l) Servicing, cleaning and replacement of speed control unit with minor components. (m) Checking the break system and repair of break liner pulley and replacement of the wear out break liners and alignment complete.(3 sets) 2. Checking for proper functioning of cranes and carrying out alignment if required. 3. Load testing of crane after complection of complete main work. Note : (a) All material, labor and T&P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) All old retrieved cable shall be property of firm.
