CONSTRUCTION OF OHT (200 KL, Staging- 23 m) & SLUICE VALVE CHAMBER
Supply of all Materials, Labours ,T&P etc. and Construction of RCC O.H.T of following capacities (In Kiloliters) and 12m. Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. Complete with approved water proofing ( apex)/ enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of verticle pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 staging 12.00 meter.

Drilling of 550 mm dia bore by heavy duty direct rotary rig machine in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rockey stone, sticky clay etc from ground level upto entire depth for 300mm dia linear assembly.
Procurement of TW assembly as below (i) 300mm dia. 7.90 mm thick. (a) Blind & Threaded.
(b) Slotted & Threaded.
(ii) 300 mm dia Bail Plug.
(iii) 300 mm dia MS well cap.
(iv) 300 mm dia MS clamp with nut & bolts.
(v) Supply of Pea gravel of size 1.06 mm to 4.8 mm.
(vi) Surrounding of pea gravels in between bore and tube well assembly upto entire depth of tube well ordered by the government.
Preparing & lowering of tube well assembly starting from G.L. to the required depth including cutting, welding as required at site complete with all T&P required. (i)Fixing of 300 mm dia bail plug with Nut & U-Bolt.
(ii) Lowering of 300 mm dia MSERW housing pipe (Plain & Slotted pipe) as required
(iii) Fixing of 300 mm dia, 8 mm thick tube well cap.
(iv) Fixing of 300 mm dia M.S.D.I. housing clamp.
Dismantaling of Rig machine & clearance of site after satisfactory completion of work.
Development of T/W by 350 PSI/1400 CFM air compressor unit to the satisfaction of enggineering incharge t give sand free discharge and proper packing of pea Gravels at least for 70 Hrs.
Development of T/W by the suitable submersible OP unit complete with Lowering and lifting of pumping plant having 2000 LPM discharge approximate including running of OP unit and weld testing of tube well by V Notch atleast for 60 Hrs to the satisfactory completion of work.
