Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within initial leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour,cess, hire & running charges of water pumps sundries T & P & all other machineries required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in each layer including all leads and lifts, cost of all materials, labour,cess, sundries, T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinths using approved quality cement , 40 mm. size black hard hand broken granite stone metal and screened, washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, cess, sundries, T&P & all other machineries required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. work of M 20 (equivalent to nominal mix of proportion (1:1.5:3) having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200 Kg/cm2 in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 & 516 using 6mm to 20 mm (1/4” to 3/4") size (18mm not to exceed 25 percent) hard black broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or colour washing providing grooves or beads where necessary cost and conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and labour required for the work etc. complete with all T & P in all respect but excluding cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rod and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position in all floors. Column footing, Base.

Providing fixing and placing of Tor steel (HYSD FE-500 Make- (SAIL/ JINDAL/ RINL/ SHYAM/ TISCON) for RCC work in all floors of required diameter of approved quality with straightening bent up or coiled rods" Tor rods" cutting, bending, cracking, hooking, welding or jointing(if required) the "Tor steels rods" & binding wire and tying the grills hoisting laying and placing in proper position as required for RCC works for providing if an hooks including cost, conveyance and taxes of Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors (weight of the binding wire will not be considered for payment) complete.

Flyash Brick masonary in super structure (up to 3mt height ground floor) in cement mortar (1:6) using the flyash bricks including hoisting to required height placing in position scaffolding, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of work watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess, and taxes of all other materials machineries scaffolding all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the latest specification confirming to relevant IS Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting 6 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:4) in ground floor (up to 3mt height) over RCC work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and plastering 12 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) in ground floor (up to 3mt height) over brick work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Upto 3 mt height.

Providing and painting 16 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) in ground floor (up to 3mt height)over brick/stone work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Upto 3 mt height.

Providing and laying 2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size HG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.comp.to work site for new work as per the specification approved by the department & direction of E.I.C

Painting two coats with distemper over one coat of primer of approved make and finished smooth and even surface including including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, laboorer T&P etc complete.Up to 3 mt height.

Painting 2 coats with weather coat to exterior walls over one coat of priming on new work including cost of paint as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Upto 3 mt height. (Ground floor).

Supplying, fitting ,fixing of M.S.Grill with shutter in doors/ windows/ventilator /gate etc including all cost of materials, labourer,T & P ,taxes etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Polishing/Painting 2 coats with approved synthetic enamel paint on steel/wood work to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labourer, sundries, T & P etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & fitting 300 mm dia 3.00 mt. Lenth single under ream pile with RCC M-20 using 12mm size black hard granite C.B. Chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of M.S. / Tor steel and labour charges etc.complete as per direction Engineer- In- Charge.
