| 1.101. STAGE-I Preliminary Project Report (PPR):- The consultant shall be responsible for Concept to DPR Stage Services, broadly including but not limited to: 1.1. Reconnaissance survey as per IRC SP 19-2001 and Traffic survey. 1.2. Preliminary Topographical survey including Bathymetric survey wherever required. Environmental baseline studies (water quality, biodiversity). 1.3. Broad Structural features in-cluding lane configuration & development of 3 conceptual plan, of elevated and at grade proposal. 1.4. Lane configuration and inter-sections/ Junction / service roads. 1.5 Utility shifting requirement along with tentative estimates. 1.6 Forest /Environmental /CRZ clearance requirement. 1.7 Tentative/ Normative cost estimate with reasonable accuracy. 1.8 Land acquisition tentative cost assessment. 1.9 Feasibility of 3 proposals based on these surveys. 1.10 Integration with nearby road net-works, public transport, and her-itage precincts. 1.11 Submission of PPR for ac-ceptance of E-in-Charge as per Chapter 3, Annexure 14A of SOP to CPWD works manual and other provisions of PWD CPWD works Manual and Delhi government as modified from time to time (to be suitably modified for infrastructure work) | ||||||
| 1.20Stage-II (Detailed Project Report – DPR Stage) 2.1 Alignment option in consideration of tree detailed and other features. 2.2 Approval of various options/plan by GNCTD along with cost benefit analysis of scheme. 2.3 Preparation of 3D Walkthrough as per guideline of DUAC/Codes. 2.4 Submission of final Drawings (De-tailed drawings based on Street Design Guidelines of UTTIPEC and complete in all respect as per TOR) and DPR of the project to the Department. 2.5 Actual payment made to GSDL shall be reimbursed to the consult-ant on production of actual GST invoices 2.6 Submission of detailed estimate from concerned department re-garding shifting of utilities i.e. MCD, BSES, MTNL, DJB, DTL, I & FC Department, Railway, DMRC, NCTRC, Fire department, UPSRTC, Central Warehousing Corporation, NHAI, NGT/ CEC/ Principal Committee / YSE, NMA/ ASI/ State Archeology, Indraprastha Power Generation Corporation Ltd, DTC, IGL, DUSIB, concerned Revenue Department or any other concerned department. 2.7 Submission of Details of trees in dwg. Format, Kml file or any other format required as per forest de-partment along with processing the case and requisite approval from forest department. (The cost of tree cutting/ transplantation and corresponding requisite land will be paid directly to beneficiary/ forest department) 2.8 Submission of Land acquisition details from Govt., Private, Agricul-ture, Commercial, forest and any other, along with processing the case and requisite land acquisition from concern. (The cost of land acquisition will be paid directly to beneficiary) 2.9 Submission of mandatory approval/ NOC from concern bodies. 2.10 The Consultant shall carryout Geo- technical investigation. The minimum bore holes will be 3 per km for the elevated section and 6 bore holes per km at the location of proposed underpass or as directed by E-in-C. The depth of the bore holes will be minimum 35 m or re-fusal. No of boreholes shall be on pro-rata basis if length is in fraction rounded to higher side. 2.11 Geotechnical Investigations and Sub soil Exploration shall be carried out to determine the nature and properties of existing strata in bed, banks and approaches with trial pits and bore hole sections showing the levels, nature and properties of various strata to a sufficient depth below the level suitable for foundations, safe in-tensity of pressure on the founda-tion strata, proneness of site to ar-tesian conditions, seismic disturb-ance and other engineering prop-erties of soil etc. 2.12 The scheme for the borings lo-cations and the depth of boring shall be prepared by the Con-sultants and submitted to PWD for approval. These may be final-ized in consultation with PWD. 2.13 The sub-soil exploration and test-ing should be carried out through the Geotechnical Consultants empanelled by PWD or approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The soil testing reports shall be in the format prescribed in relevant IRC Codes. | ||||||
| 1.302.14 Hydraulic and Hydrological Investigations Hydraulic and Hydrological Investigations, studies shall be carried out in accordance with IRC Special Publication No. 13 (“Guidelines for the Design of Small Bridges and Culverts”) and IRC:5 (“Standard Specifications & Code of Practice for Road Bridges, Section I General Fea-ture of Design”). Including but not limited to CATCHMENT AREA, CROSS-SECTIONS, HIGHEST FLOOD LEVEL, LONGITUDINAL SECTION, VELOCITY OBSERVATION, TRIAL PIT SECTIONS, ISO-PLUVIAL MAPS. The Consultants shall collect information on high flood level (HFL), low water levels (LWL), high tide level (HTL), low tide level (LTL) where applicable. Model studies for culvert. 2.15 Preparation of storm water drain plan co-align existing network of storm water and other services. 2.16 Preparation of detailed methodology of construction with technology required. | ||||||
