Providing and fixing ceiling and roofing in S-II/1054 and painting and sanitary work in S-II/1054 and S-II/1045 qtrs in BBMB colony at Sunder Nagar

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos sheet.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete.

Providing asbestos cement corrugated/semi-corrugated sheets roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, 8 mm dia G.I. plain bitumen washers complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses: 6 mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (framework to be paid separately): White face insulating board – 12 mm thick.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – all work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS: 4457, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand): Acid and alkali resistant tile.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 to 20 mm in patches of 2.50 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and repairing and plastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of EIC: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scraping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
