Systematicaly cleaning and desludging of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia manually excluding man holes but including gully traps of any size and depth, by passing knots, bamboo, kamti and disc of required size, pumping out liquid waste/ sewage, plugging/ diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/ sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/ sludge to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Measurement shall be the length from manhole to manhole including the wall thickness of manhole.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC , blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users /occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the users on complaint slip from DOMESTIC AREA:- Notes :- 1. Contractor has to depute minimum two or more numbers of safaiwala's to carry out day to day blockage complaints which shall be collected from the complaint cell of AGE B/R-II. 2. Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty of rupees two hundered (Rs 200.00) shall be recovered from the dues of contractor for delay in completion of complaint per day per complaint.

M&L for removing manhole cover of any type/ size/ thickness and cleaning manhole chamber of any shape and size upto 1.5m deep by removing sludge/ mud from manhole and refixing cover in same position/ laid dry including sprinkling antibiotic powder and removing debries outside of MD land complete all as directed and as specified.

All as per item No 5 above but depth exc 1.50 mtr not exc 3.00 mtr all as specified

M&L for cleaning of septic tank for 50 users including debris/ screen chambers by removing cover slab set in CM of any shape/ thickness and pumping out water sludge mud with suction pumps including cleaning of inlet/ outlet pipes, refixing cover slab in CM (1:3), sprinkling of antibiotic powder etc and dispose mud/ sludge out side MD land complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of all safty/ protective gears required for workers employed by contracor.

All as per Item No.8 above but for 25 users.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard /dense soil all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 10 above but exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0 M deep in soft /loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavaed materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points (soils).

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia of pipe, complete all as specified

Salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes 150 mm internal dia laid in trenches on concrete bed and jointed, complete all as specified (Excavation, earth work and concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately under respecitive item).

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified.

M & L for removing old PVC/Cast Iron floor trap including wall crossing pipe and fixing with new outlet 75 mm PVC (SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wall crossing and filling with PCC (1:2:4) mixed with water proofing compound including matching with existing tile and jointed with outer pipe line with paste and connected to near manhole in groundfloor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of rerinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position

Material and labour for Precast RCC cover slab for drain,manholes, duct etc… CM 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain faces including setting in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for TMT bars, 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work / pre cast concrete article / stone masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (20mm graded aggregates), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) of cement incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid saparatelly as per manufacturing instruction).

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Supply of liquid water proofing compound

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.all as spd and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded agg) in plinth protection and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
