Supply and fixing of 3pin, 250 V, 5/10 Amps power socket cum switch with indication Roma type code 21113 and 21077 of Anchor make. Fixed on suitable modular type concealed box top cover. Testing & commissioning.

Supply and fixing of 10 Amps 250 V SP switches for control of light fitting and fans with Roma Type code : 21011 of Anchor make . Fixed on a suitable modular type concealed box with suitable top cover. Testing & commissioning.

Supply and installation of wiring with 1.5 sq. mm 660 / 1100V. Grad PVC insulated copper wire multi strand of make: Finolex/Rediant/Finecab/Havells/L&T/Polycab in PVC pipe of suitable dia (As per IS:732 for wiring points ) with 14 G/1.5 sq.mm green colour copper wire for earth continuity. Each light / fan point should be connected to three plate ceiling rose code 30090 of Roma modular type of Anchor or North West make / connector suspended duly with couduit / PVC pipe etc. Each ciruit should not have more than 7 points 700 watts.

Supply and fixing of 25A, 250V box type, flush mounting double pole MCB and heavy duty plug & socket of Anchor ROMA make Ref. No. Item code: 98488. The job includes supply of plug top, suitable modular type concealed box for fixing the MCBs with suitable top cover for Air Conditioner.

Supply and fixing of 3pin, 250 V, 10/25 Amps power socket cum switch with indication Roma type code 34374 and 22014 of Anchor make. Fixed on suitable modular type concealed box top cover. Testing & commissioning.

Supply and installation of wiring with 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire multistrand of make Finolex/Rediant/Finecab/Havells/L&T/Polycab. The wiring point for 20/16 A. power socket including 14 G./2.5sq.mm green colour copper wire for earth continuity. Independent circuit for each socket from power MCB distribution board (As per IS:732 for wiring point) Testing and commissioning. The wiring should not be mixed with lighting pipe wiring and it should be run separately in the room / shed at a height of 2 feet from ground leavel or as per the site engineers instruction.

Shifting, Assembly, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Recess Mounted LED Luminaire suitable for 600x600 Armstrong ceiling mounting system. The job includes supply of 1.5sq.mm copper wire for connection.

Supply and fixing of electronic regulators of make: Anchor (item code: 21496) for ceiling fans. The job includes supply of suitable modular type concealed box with suitable top cover. Testing and commissioning of the regulator

Supply and Installation of MCB DB with TPN 415V, consisting of 10 to 20A -- 12nos MCBs on each phase i.e., a total of 36 Nos of MCBs , sheet enclosed, dust & vermin proof. Model 8GB32202RC12 of SIEMENS/Equivalent model of L&T/ABB/STANDARD/LEGRAND/HAGER MAKE along with controlling 63A TPN MCB. It is to be fixed on a neatly fabricated steel frame and mounted on to walls or as required for lighting distribution. The scope of supply also includes the following:

Shifting & Earthing of MCBDB from nearest Earth riser with 50x6mm/ 25x3mm GI flat. Work includes supply and apply of Aluminium paint at each welding points.

Supply, shifting and fixing of PVC ripper casing. The job includes supply of fastening means for PVC ripper casing

Supply and laying of the following PVC Pipes for electrical and telephone wiring. The job includes chipping of wall and concealing the pipe in the wall and plastering after fixing the pipe

Shifting and Laying of Earth pits for Equipment body earthing with 48mm dia GI pipe Medium (class-B), strictly as per IS: 3043, 3000mm long with holes of 12mm dia at 150mm apart at random & 50x6x260mm MS Earthing plate welded to pipe as per drawing.The work includes pouring of BHEL free issued chemical by mixing water with chemical in 2:1 ratio in earth pit. Contractor shall dig 300mm depth and 200mm width trench in the soil for laying the earth flat from earth pit electrode to earth mat/equipment.

Supply and fixing of Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber covers on earth pits

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge for facilitating cable entry

Excavation and Back filling Works

In soil, excavation of 1000mm deep and 500mm width trench, supply & spreading of sand, supply & laying of bricks & shabad stone as per IS:1255 1983 and back filling after laying the cable with marking plates. Existing HT cables are lying in the route. Hence, Contractor has to take additional safety precautions. If any existing cable happens to be damaged during the above excavation, the responsibility lies with the contractor for repair/restoration of cable at free of cost to BHEL

Cutting of Road, RCC & Hard rock (500mm width, 300mm depth). Backfilling the excavated area without looseness in soil

Providing and laying in position specified grade, Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All material and equipment are in the scope of contractor. Cement: OPC 43 or OPC 53 grade are permitted

all works up to Plinth level with 1:1 ½:3 (1 cement: 1 ½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of20 mm nominal size))
