Condenser Tube Cleaning System Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of completely hydro-mechanical pump less Automatic Tube Cleaning System for suitable for following capacity Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller system. The Automatic Tube Cleaning System (ATCS) shall have ball trap, ball collector and connecting valves for Auto tube cleaning . Small sponge rubber balls, the diameter of balls is slightly larger than that of inner diameter of condenser tubes, PLC control panel, Injector to store, inject and rinse sponge balls along with suitable pipeline assemblies, check valves, drain valves and motorized on-off valves, Ball trap of suitable size to separate out the contaminated balls from the condenser circuit. The ATCS System shall be operated with Single phase electrical power supply to PLC from which only 24 VAC on/off signals are passed directly to the electrical injection and drain valves in accordance with a predetermined program and it should have integration provision with chiller for auto operation and including suitable size MS pipe & valves for interconnection of ATC System etc complete as required.
