MANNING AND OPERATION OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED LIFTS AT NCB AREA, NIRMAN PARK AND CTW, CERTAIN MISC WORKS UNDER AGE E/M NO.I OF GE (UTILITY-II) VISAKHAPATNAM

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any capacity, any type and make at NCB, Nirman Park and CTW to serve any number of floors including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Man Power : One lift operator (semi Skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs for each lift. No. of lifts: 07 Nos. NCB : 05 lifts (02 shifts per day) including sundays and holidays Nirman Park : 01 lifts (02 shifts per day) including sundays and holidays CTW : 01 lifts (01 General shift per day) (excluding all Sundays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) Shift timings:- Ist shift - 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs IInd shift - 1430 Hrs to 2230 Hrs General Shift: 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

Notes :- (a) In case of non function of passenger lifts, the goods lift installed in the same building to be operated as directed. (b) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair / replacement of perished / unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessorises, cleaning /up keeping of plant & surrounding area. (c) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Labour for pressure testing of existing 150 mm DI/MS fire main system , identifying for leakages for rectifications including replacement of gland packing of sluice valves, rubber insertion packing, nut ,bolts etc of flanged joints/ defective flanges etc complete for making the system leak proof complete all directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of T&P such as air compressor for pressure testing etc

Supply and replacement of MS ERW pipe heavy grade pipe 200 mm bore, thickness not less than 5.60 MM including necessary Tees, elbows, flanges, including cutting etc inserting the pipe in position and including making leak proof joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SI item No.3 above but 150 mm bore

All as per SI item No.3 above but 100 mm bore

All as per SI item No.3 above but 80 mm bore thickness not less than 4.80 MM

M&L for structural steel work such as beams, angles, channels, flats etc., bent to shape and MS sheet for chamber covers and supporting pipe lines including nuts, bolts and necessary ceemnt grouting work including dismantling existing unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replace Gland packing rope of suitable size suitable for pumpset of capacity upto 5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace Gland packing rope of suitable size suitable for pumpset of capacity 6 to 10 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace Gland packing rope of suitable size suitable for pumpset of capacity 12.5 to 30 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace Gland packing rope of suitable size suitable for pumpset of capacity 40 to 75 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace Gland packing rope of suitable size suitable for pumpset of capacity 100 to 170 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace ACB, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, 630 Amps, 50 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Pully muff / Flexible Jaw Coupling joint Type SW type with necessary foundry work for pump of capacity upto 5 HP including taking out worn out coupling set by dismantling complete pump and motor from base foundation, re-assembling the motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per SL item No.14 above but 6 to 10 HP capacity.

Supply and replace rubber bush coupling for pumpset of capacity upto 5 HP complete all as directed.

Supply and replace rubber bush coupling for pumpset of capacity 06 to 10 HP complete all as directed.

Supply and replace rubber bush coupling for pumpset of capacity upto 12.5 to 30 HP complete all as directed.

Supply and replace rubber bush coupling for pumpset of capacity upto 40 to 75 HP complete all as directed.

Supply and replace rubber bush coupling for pumpset of capacity upto 100 to 170 HP complete all as directed.

Supply and replace DOL starter three phase, 415 Volts with over load relay suitable for pump of capacity 5 HP with sheet steel enclosure complete all as directed..

M& L for servicing of LT panels of any size by cleaning the panel, bus bar chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing hinges, necessary nut and bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/ close including painting of panel by spraying with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after cleaning of rusty panel surface both inside/ outside by emery paper and necessary preparation of smooth surface suitable for painting and including checking of incoming and outgoing connections, Re-fixing of existing ACBs & MCCBs, testing & commissioning, connected PCC & frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper cable but not less than 1.5 Sqmm, replacing of various unserviceable ON/ OFF switches, lugs etc making the panel fully functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, complete all as specified

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase motor, out put at 12.5 to 30 HP capacity electric motor including removing the old unserviceable starter from the panel complete all as directed.

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase motor, out put at 40 to 60 HP capacity electric motor including removing the old unserviceable starter from the panel complete all as directed.

Supply & replacement of water level indicator, 36" dia as per IS and including numbering with radium stickering, heavy duty float, counter weight, heavy duty driving gear nylon wire fitted in all in GI housing, cutting the RCC slab and making good the slab, painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Make of water level indicator shall be got approved by GE before procurement.

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and including applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion.
