Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar Boxes in the SVNIT Campus, Surat.

SITC of outdoor type double door, compartmentalised and sectionalised cubical feeder pillar of size 450×700×1000 mm, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, having rigid vibration-free construction, duly chemically treated, anti-rust primer coated and powder coated in approved shade, complete with dust, vermin-proof and totally enclosed design having minimum IP54 protection, suitable for 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz AC supply, including provision of cable/busbar alleys (if required), aluminium busbars of size 40 mm ×10 mm (400A rating) for phases, neutral & earth, HRC fuse base with fuse links up to 400A rating or as required, 2 mm thick gland plate, red, yellow & blue LED indication lamps, naking earthing connection point with GI strip 25 mm ×3 mm, mounting on 4 Nos. MS channel supports (minimum size 100×75×5 mm, 300 mm height) with MS angle frame, including cement concrete foundation (300 mm below ground and 400 mm above ground level), and including glanding & termination of existing cables with suitable glands, lugs etc., complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Credit for each dismentled feedr pillar
