Preparation and approval of Tariff Petition for existing elements owned by PTCUL to be filed before Hon’ble CERC (Assignment – A)
Preparation and approval of Tariff Petition along with True-up, which are required to be filed before Hon’ble CERC for determination of Yearly transmission Charges of existing deemed ISTS/natural ISTS elements of PTCUL for entire Control Period in accordance with prevailing CERC(Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations
Participation in regulatory proceedings before CERC and making presentations, by adequately qualified professional to be deputed by the Consultant and ensuring compliance of issues that may be raised by the Commission during such proceedings within time that may be stipulated by the Commission or PTCUL.
Reply to data Gaps, queries raised by CERC post admittance hearings for approval of Tariff for which the consultant should depute adequately qualified professionals within stipulated time frame.
Analysis of the final tariff approved by the Commission for Control period and rendering necessary services for drafting and filing of Review Petitions/ Appeals, brief the empanelled lawyer of PTCUL about the ground of appeal, if necessary, before CERC / appropriate Tribunals/ Courts including presentation before the higher authorities/BoD.

Preparation and approval of Tariff Petition anticipated to be commissioned, which are required to be filed before Hon’ble CERC for determination of Yearly transmission Charges of new deemed ISTS elements of PTCUL for entire Control Period in accordance with prevailing CERC(Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations.
