Main Refrigeration system to be serviced and valves to be overhauled and valve seats to be renewed. System to be proved and shown to shipstaff. All materials required for complete scope of work are covered in contractos scope including gas, nitrogen etc., Main Refrigeratin system Gas (FR-22) Pressure: 25kg/cm2 Charged the plant with gas and trials to be taken satisfactorily.

Pump down the refrigeration gas in to empty bottles

System flushed out

Servicing of valves

Pressure testing of system

Vaccum testing of system

Checking of all instrumentaion i.e expansion valves, solinoid valves, controls, pressure switches etc

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1.1 to 1.6 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.7) against third party/OEM invoice.
