Engagement of 01 no. Agreemental-A[Rate-III] workers to comply with the scope of works and other miscellaneous type of works as and when required as per direction of E.I.C. (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday) [Please see NIT for wage estimate details]

Engagement of 07 no. Agreemental-B [Unskilled] workers to comply with the scope of works and other miscellaneous type of works as and when required as per direction of E.I.C. (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday) [Please see NIT for wage estimate details]

Engagement of 08 no. Non-Agreemental [unskilled] workers to comply with the scope of works and other miscellaneous type of works as and when required as per direction of E.I.C. (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday) [Please see NIT for wage estimate details]

Engagement of 02 no. Non-Agreemental [Skilled Supervisor] workers @ 24,780.00 per month per head for day to day supervision works as well as coordination with department and to attend office to take programme of day's work and to submit all report at office after completion of days work as per advice of E.I.C. (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday, working 26 days will be considered as one month. Payment will be made at actual attendance basis. Necessary materials, tools & tackles etc. required for execution shall be supplied by the agency at actual basis with a FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT of Rs. 2,00,000.00 only for two(02) years period. The materials shall be supplied as per requirement of department as and when required basis. Supply of materials have to be completed within 07 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper bills, Challan etc duly signed by agency. Engagement of Agreemental-A (Rate-I & Rate-III), Agreemental-B, Non-aggremental (unskilled) workers as and when required as per direction of EIC. (Maximum limit of OT/extra hour duty is 15 hour per month per head). EXPENDITURE LIMIT for OVERTIME is Rs. 11,62,346.40/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period. [Based on wage estimate w.e.f.01.01.2026] NOTE: There will be no overhead/profit applicable on over time performed by the workers. Over time rate escalation to be reimbursed as per norms of WBPDCL.
