| Providing service of daily recording of oscillations, processing the data and reporting of various reports using contractor's equipment such as Automated Oscillation Monitoring System (AOMS) equipped with GPS, fixed on the floor of the nominated train as per the Drawing. a). The above system shall be capable of measuring the Oscillations and ride index both Vertical and Lateral directions,experienced at bogie level of the last vehicle of the train without requiring human interference for switching on, daily calibration and other settings as an advanced version of contractor's GPS based Oscillation Monitoring System. b). The Data so acquired, shall be auto- transmitted to a secure server provided by Railway, process and convert into various reports in pre- defined proforma as stipulated in RDSO's specification No. TM/SM/420 (Version 1.2) or latest and made accessible to various nominated Railway personnel through log in with specified user id and password. c).It shall also capable of Generating alerts in the form of SMS / network message based on the peak value / ride index value to the nominated officials pertaining to the jurisdiction of the peak location (jurisdiction of the officials is as per the user definition. d).The system shall conform to the specification attached. e).The Daily oscillation data / reports shall be geo-tagged, time stamped, and segregated by jurisdiction (Engine run section-wise) under each division as per the system map of the division enclosed. f).The data & reports shall be compatible to be fetched and processed by any software of South Coast Railway developed for this purpose for analysis of peak, ride index, performance of track machines, predictive tamping, alerts etc., g).Contractor must ensure proper mounting, functioning, calibration validation, and maintenance of the AOMS units through out the contract period.h).The payment will be made strictly as per payment conditions enclosed.- 20707/20708 (SC-VSKP-SC) (6 days a week) (maintenance depot @ Secunderabad). | — | — | — | 18,69,573.12 | |
