Comprehensive AMC for Repair & maintenance contract of the Audio system(As per list of inventory ) installed in Kedernath sahni Auditorium of C-Block at Dr. SPM Civic Centre i.e periodical checking & preventive maintenance, attending complaints within 24 hours or replacement of defective parts or to keep the system in working order through out the duration of contract.
Comprehensive Maintenance of stage Lighting Equipment including Curtain Tracks, Winch Motors, but excluding Lamps and Cloth as required and as per list of inventory.
Engagement of stage lighting system operator for day to day programme/ function in Auditorium i/c checking/testing the equipment for operation of stage light system for 8 Hrs. a day as & when required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Extra over time allowance (OTA) beyond 8 Hours duty for attending the programme duty in the Auditorium.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features of the garden area i/c lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, potted plants, flower beds, creepers etc. and other garden features including watering hoeing, making of plants basin, manuring, trimming and cleaning of hedges/ plants beds, spraying of insecticides, fungicides, weeding, mowing and top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and hedge clipping and removal of the garden waste as per direction and satisfaction of the officer-in- charge (including the cost of manurer and good earth, wherever required) to maintain the plants, hedge and lawns in good and healthy conditions at all time during the maintenance period.
Removal of garden rubbish obtained from day to day horticulture maintenance work i/c machine cut grass, plant waste etc. complete and as per the satisfaction of the officer-in- charge.
