Work of Construction of Razor wire security fencing at 132 kV Substation, Bhupatwala, Haridwar

Shifting of MS/GI angle from 132kV Substation, Jawalapur & Bhupatwala to work site including shorting of required size angle, loading, unloading, transportation etc.

Fabrication of MS/GI angle for making support in "Y" shape to string the razor wire & concertina coil fencing by cutting, welding, bending, straightning, drilling and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat of best quality enamel paint (Silver/aluminium paint) after rubbing, cleaning of angles with embrey paper after fabrication.

Providing & fixing of M.S. angle of size 40x40x5 mm including cutting, welding on existing angle of boundry wall & all fabrication work for fixing of razor wire & concertina coil complete in all respect including all cost of material, labour & T&P for proper completion of work.

Work of leveling by excavation/backfilling, removal of extra soil/debries to prepare the surface for construction of fencing.

Grouting of fabricated angle in cement concrete mixture of 1:1.5:3 ratio work including excavation of pits of size 0.3x0.3x0.6M, alignment of angle, refilling, leveling after grouting including cost of all labour and T&P required.

Providing, laying & fixing of stainless steel Razor wire with zinc coating of wire, 0.5mm thick blade (minimum no. of blades per meter 15) on M.S. angles for razor wire fencing complete in all respect including all cost of material, labour & T&P for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing punched tape concertina coil 600/700 mm dia 10 metre openable length, having approx 7-8 nos rounds per metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessaryb olts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron complete in all respect including all cost of material, labour & T&P for proper completion of work.(excluding cost of MS angle)

Brick Work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand)

Providing and laying of CC of specified grade in ratio 1:1.5:3(1Cement :1.5 Coarse Sand :3Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm Cement Plaster work of mix 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand)

Fabrication of MS angle/square pipe gate of colony/Substation asper direction of site incharge by providing of desired size angle/square pipe, fabrication of gate of desired size, fixing on piller with proper alignment.

Painting on newly erected main gate by one coat of red oxide and two coat of best quality enamel paint after rubbing, cleaning with embrey paper after fabrication complete in all respect including all cost of material, labour & T&P for proper completion of work.

Dismantling of existing damage main gate of colony/Substation and shifting from work site to store.

Demolishing of existing gate piller and removal of all debries from site.

Painting of ms angles grouted on boundry wall by one coat of red oxide and two coat of best quality enamel paint (Silver/aluminium paint) after rubbing, cleaning of angles with embrey paper after fabrication.
