Refrigeration system: All system valves are to be serviced. On completion of repair / renewal the system is to be pressure tested, flushed out, vaccumised, gas charging and commissioned. All the safety cut outs / trips are to be serviced and made operational. 1. All consumables and materials required for completion of above jobs are to be arranged by contractor. 2. Nitrogen gas along with bottles to be arranged by contractor. 3. Valves spindles, lids, nut and bolts, oil joints and other material required for overhauling of valves to be arranged by contractor. 4. White metal build up of SS valves lids and machining is included in contractors scope if required. 5. Copper and silver Brazing rods as required to be arranged by contractor. 6. New Securing Studs for condenser in contractors scope.

The Refrigeration system condenser end cover securing studs area damaged badly, the condenser is to be removed. End cover damaged area to be repaired and fitted onboard. Necessary repairs of end cover an machining contractors scope.
Incase end cover are BER, same to be renewaed by contractor. (End cover is to be procured/manufacturing and supplied. End cover procurement in contractor scope)
Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1.1 to 1.7 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.8) against third party/OEM invoice.
