Manning and operation of MRS at North Power house under GE Khumbathang comprising the following equipment/assests : (A) MAIN RECEIVING STATION (i) HT GOD - 02 Nos (ii) Transformer 500 KVA - 02 Nos (iii) Main panels and changeover switches (iv) centrifugal pump 4800 GPH-02 Nos (v) DG set 500 KVA-01 No. (vi) DGset 320 KVA-04 No. (vii)DG set 100 KVA-01 No. (viii) DG set 250 KVA-01 No. (B) OPERATOR STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED PER SHIFT (a) Main receiving station operator (Skilled Tradesmen having qualification of 12th pass out certificate from any Govt. recognised institute having minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the field to operate DG set and handling operation of such installation.The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc). (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 8hrs - 03 Person (c) Nos of shift to be deployed per day= 03 shifts per day for 335 days (3 x 335 =1005 shifts) (One Operator per each shift total 03 Operator in a day) i.e 3 shifts per day for 335 days (Each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months) (d) unit rate to be quoted = Per shift (C) Nature of work to be done at North power by Operator of DG set:- (i) Ordinary Maintenence and Operation of Dg set. (ii) Periodical check of battery. (iii)Preparation of daily run log sheet. (iv) Filling Diesel in the tank. (v) Adding the bleaching powder and,altoch in UG sump and water bouser. Note: (i) Spares parts like fan belt,hose pipe kit ,diesel pipe kit,Distilled water for batteries required for ordinary maintenance of DG set will be measured and paid seperately.

(A) Main receiving station helper (B) HELPER STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED PER SHIFT (a) Unskilled tradesmen having 10th pass out certificate from any Govt.recognised institute having minimum 2 (Two) years of experience in the field to operate DG set and handling operation of Such installation.The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc) . (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 8hrs - 03 Person (c) Nos of shift to be deployed per day= 03 shifts per day for 335 days (3 x 335 =1005 shifts)(One helper per each shift total 03 helpers in a day) i.e 3 shifts per day for 335 days (3 x 335 = 1005 shifts) (Each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months). (d) unit rate to be quoted = Per shift (C) Nature of work of Main receving station helpers:- (i) Operation of Main switch,GOD,Starting of DG set. (ii) Operation of Change over switch as on required basis.

Manning and operation of DG set installation at ArtyBde Power house having assests as under:- (i) DG set 62.5 KVA :-01 No. (ii) DG set 125 KVA :-01 No. (A) OPERATOR STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED PER SHIFT (a) Diesel Engine Operator(Skilled Tradesmen having qualification of 12th pass out certificate from any Govt.recognised institute having minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the field to operate DG set and handling operation of such installation.The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc). (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 8hrs - 03 Person (c) Nos of shift to be deployed per day= 03 shifts per day for 335 days (3 x 335 =1005 shifts) (One Operator per each shift total 03 Operator in a day) i.e 3 shifts per day for 335 days (3 x 335 = 1005 shifts) (Each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months) . Manning and operation of water supply Pump installation at Main Pump house having assests as under:- (i) centrifugal pump Set 15 HP -01 Nos (ii) centrifugal pump Set 20 HP -03 Nos (iii) DG set 125 KVA=01 No. (A) OPERATOR STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED PER SHIFT (a) Motor Operator(Skilled Tradesmen having qualification of 12th pass out certificate from any Govt. recognised institute having minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the field to operate DG set and pump including handling operation of such installation.The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc) (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 8hrs - 02 Person (c) Nos of shift to be deployed per day= 02 shifts per day for 335 days (2 x 335 =670 shifts)(One Operator per each shift total 02 Operator in a day) i.e 2 shifts per day for 335 days (2 x 335 = 670 shifts) (Each shift of specified timing for 8 hrs daily of 11 calender months). (d) unit rate to be quoted = Per shift (B) Nature of work to be done at Main pump house by Operator of DG set:- (i) Ordinary maintenence and Operation of Motor Pump & Dg set (ii) Periodical check of motor (iii) Preparation of daily Run Log sheet (iv) Adding the bleaching powder and,altoch in UG sump and water bouser Note: (i) Spares parts like fan belt,hose pipe kit ,diesel pipe kit,Distilled water for batteries required for ordinary maintenance of DG set will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Spares parts like SS sleeve,seal ring made of Gun metal,Suction bush made of Gun metal,SS pump motor coupling for ordinary maintenance of Pumping motor will be measured and paid seperately.

Notes for Srl No. 1 to 4 :- (a) The rate quoted for items of Manning and operation shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/Concerned State Government or its local body, whichever is higher and also not less than contribution of employer towards EPF, ESIC as applicable. IN CASE THE RATES QUOTED ARE LESS THAN THE PREVAILING APPLICABLE STUATORY/ MANDATORY RATES OF MINIMUM WAGES, CONTRIBUTIONS FOR EPF, ESIC & BONUS, THE BID WILL BE TREATED AS NON-BONAFIDE/INVALID, SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED AND SUCH BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE. IN SUCH CASE, THE LOWEST BIDDER SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM AMONGST THE VALID/BONAFIDE BIDS ONLY. (b) The contractor shall make payments to their staff/ employees deployed on the outsorcing servies by cheque or through NEFT or any other accepted digital mode in their Bank Account. No payments will be made, unless proof of payment of wages through bank account is submitted by the contractor including proof of other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. (c) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclussive of applicable Taxes/Cess etc prevailing as on the bid submission end date. Refer Schedule A Ser Notes for details. Unit rate shall also be deemed to include cost/expanse for providing protecting cloths, working tools, conveyance, dresses and insurance protection against health hazard of operator deployed on work. (d) Contractor shall arrange at his own cost to maintain Log book, POL consumption register, attendance register, wages register, breakdown register etc as per instructions of Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply only fuel pipe kit for DGset capacity to 250KVA as per existing sample (kirloskar Model )

Supply only hose pipe kit for DG set capacity from 320 KVA to 500 KVA as per existing sample (cummins Model )

Supply only hose pipe kit for DGset capacity to 250KVA (kirloskar Model) as per existing sample

Supply only following parts as per existing model sample for centrifugal pumping set of capacity upto 20HP:-

Stainless steel sleeve for pump of motor

Seal ring made of Gun metal

Suction bush made of gun metal

SS Pump motor coupling as per sample

SS stud nut

L& Key bolt

Supply only distilled water for batteries complete all as specifed and directed.

Note :-(a) FOL collection : FOL collection as per requirement basis from 9 Compo Pl, approximate 2 Km shall be part of the job at no extra cost and shall be collected by the staff deployed under this contract irrespective of trade. (b) Uniform :- The M & O staff shall wear uniform as directed/decided by the GE/Engineer-in-Charge mandatory tools. Insulating pliers, cutter, screw drivers, DE spanner set shall always in possession of the duty SBA, both uniform and tools shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Petty repair with gland packing, tightening of nuts, bolts, removing of foreign material from the suction/delivery line of pump shall be included in unit rates of the item quoted here in before. (d) The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Pump installations/DG Set installation area. (e) If the operator is found Absent from duty a recovery of Rs 1000/- per shift shall be effected from contractor's RAR or Final Bill in addition to non payment of manning and operation charges as per CA. (f) The area of pump installation/DG Set upto the fencing or boundry wall shall be cleaned by the contractor. In case if the area is not found cleaned a recovery of Rs 1500/per month shall be deducted from contractors payment.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 1085.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrived at the 'Contract Sum'
