Job Contract for Operatin and Maintenance of various Electrical and Mechanical Installations as detailed in the tender document at 33KV substation, New Passenger Terminal building , Car parking area, Pump room , water treatment plant , Sewage treatment plant, Operational area, office buildings and non Operational area etc . Job includes operation, repairs and maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis maintenance of records / documentation etc., as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract in all days including Sunday and holidays. The services of all E&M Installations shall be ensured round the clock basis for three shifts (each of 8 hours) daily as required by engaging qualified manpowers (As per Annexure-A) as stipulated in the techno commercial spesification of the contract.

Job includes operation, , attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis maintenance of records / documentation etc., as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract in all days including Sunday and holidays. Testing and Calibration of Voltage and Current Operated Relays including Secondary Injection Testing and Settings Once in a Year, submitting Test Reports etc complete as required. Job includes checking proper co-ordination of Relays, Testing of Tripping, Checking all the Control Systems, Checking and Testing Electrical Interlocking, Checking of Control Wiring, Tighterning of the Wiring etc. Complete as required. [as per Annex-G]

Inspection/Overhauling/Servicing of ACBs of L&T/ C&S/ABB Make of Various Capacities provided in the various LT Panels at Utility Building at NITB as per Annexure-H by Deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/ Service Dealer/ Specialised Agencies experienced in Servicing of ACBs including cleaning of ACBs, opening the same, inspection, servicing, cleaning of contact surfaces, arc chutes, overhauling of operating mechanism, lubrication of moving parts, Checking of UV Coils, Trip Circuits, Checking of Control Circuits, replacement of minor defective spares supplied by AAI (excluding supply of spares), testing and commissioning etc., as required. [as per Annex-H]

Servicing of 33 KV, 630A VCBs Installed at Utility Building of NITB Once in a Year through OEM/OEM Authorised Dealers/Specalized agency including Overhauling, Testing, Checking of Contract Resistence, Contract Condition of Poles including Testing of Close and Trip Timing, submitting test reports complete as required. [as per Annex-I]

Carrying out CPWD DSR Schedule Items (Rate Based on DSR 2018 (Electrical) Which is i/c of GST) as and when required during contract period up to Rs. 2,50,000.00 Per Year The Rate quoted shall be exclusive GST and GST shall be paid extra as applicable. (1 Job =Rs.2,50,000.00) Per Year (Example: The base amount for one year is Rs.2,50,000.00 for this item rate if the contract wants to quote the above 10% than (Rs. 2,50,000.00 + 10% = Rs. 2,75,000.00), If contractor want to quote below 10% than (Rs. 2,50,000.00 - 10% = Rs. 2,25,000.00/-).

Lifting & lowering of up to 5 HP submersible pump motor set from Borewells by mechanical means or by dedicated manpower etc. as and when required

Lifting of 5 HP submersible pump motor set by specalized agency with machinary, operators which are fallen/struck by mud/dirt/broken pipe etc. as and when required

Pick up of 5 HP submersible pumpset from AAI site to repair shop near, reapairing/overhauling faulty parts such as impellers/ check valves/ sleeves,bowl/ base/bearings/shaft and bring back in good position etc. as required

Pick up of 5 HP submersible motor from AAI site to repair shop near, reapairing/overhauling faulty parts such as termination/brushes/ base/bearings/shaft and bring back in good position etc. as required (except rewinding)

Pick up of 5 HP submersible motor from AAI site to repair shop near, rewinding and bring back in good position etc. as required (i/c buyback of old copper)

Painting of Stret light poles i/c removing of old paint/rust by embry paper, providing new aluminium paint,thinner with double coat, numbering of poles, including T&P, ladders,safety gear etc. as required (single arm - 43, double arm - 69, height of poles-7m)

Painting of Feeder pillars/panels/DBs etc i/c removing of old paint/rust by embry paper, providing new paint,thinner with double coat, numbering of poles etc. as required

Conducting Stack emission and particulate matter such as PM10, PM2.5, SO2,CO,CO2, NOX in ambient air & noise level monitoring of following

a) 1500 KVA DG

b) 320 KVA DG & 120 Bhp Fire DG

c) 63/30 KVA DG

d) Only Noise level at other open areas As required by E-I-C

Over hauling of HT metering panel by removing of all doors in presense of M/s APCPDCL, replacing of old nut bolts, cleaning all CTs,PTS, thermostat and bushes, check for cracks along with HT cable terminatios etc.as required and refixing the same etc. as required

Testing of RO/WTP/STP water sources for microbiological and chemical analysis at Govt. water lab etc as required (5 smaples/month) abd submit the report etc. as required.

Annual Maintenance of RO cum Water coolers (Make: Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard/Bluestar/Wae corp/Kent) installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables complete as required as per special conditions.
