Dismantling of brick/block masonary wall built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC block masonry type in CM 1:5:8 with soild block exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (Exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS (Corrision resistance steel reinforcement bars) bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 above but 6 to 8mm dia a in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete and sides of RCC/beam bands etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) for coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation in layers n. exc 25cm.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block using grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Steel Post/struts any section including taking out embedded position and making good surfaces etc complete as directed.

Repair and re-use of steel post obtained from demolition including rubbing making good and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer etc complete.

S&F SS Concertina coil of 1000mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) & fixed on angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia Gl wire in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work as in framing inclucing welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size of grade Fe-410,W(Gde E-250) all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bollts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of heavy duty galvanised mild steel wire, staples or staple pins etc as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation and painting to new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and icluding a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation and painting to old steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom / kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. (The above item includes conveyance cost of labours with their tools to travel from one area to another area in premises of CGRA Naliya and ICGS Jakhau to attend complaints)

Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW pipe or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. (The above item includes conveyance cost of labours with their tools to travel from one area to another area in premises of CGRA Naliya and ICGS Jakhau to attend complaints)

Taking out sludge of any description from the existing manhole upto the bottom of manhole n exc 1.5 m deep and removing sludge outside the MD land complete all as directed by EIC.

Opening cover of septic tank, de watering and taking out night soil/excreta sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank all as directed by Engineer - in – Charge and placing the cover in original position all as directed.

Opening cover and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats, pebbles, sand, silt from gully traps and cleaning of gully traps including drain pipes up to first manhole not exceeding 3 meters away and removing the same to outside MD land and placing the cover in original position complete all as specified and directed.

Opening cover of manhole and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats, pebbles, sand silt (night soil excreta etc) from manholes of depth not exc 1.5m and cleaning of man holes as per directed by Engineer - in – Charge and placing the cover in original position all as specified and directed.
