ADDITION/ALTERATION TO APPROACH RAMP FOR HOVERPORT HANGER AT ICGS JAKHAU UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

Demolition of Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description an in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of rubbish outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready Mixed Cement Concrete M-25 (design Mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, walls or retaining walls etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter, flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80- 100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC)100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars o paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not lessthan 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: No additional amount to be paid for overlap.
