Diesel Generating Sets Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissiong of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set (CPCB4+ complaint) alongwith having Prime Power Rating 400 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of the followings: a) Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 45 degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key (ii) Water temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM indication (vii) Over speed indication (viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication (ix) Engine Hours indication c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 400 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 45 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical condiitions and with class -F/H insulation.

d) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. e) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust mainfold with Residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. f) Starting System: 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand (25 plates, 180 Amp. Hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specifications. g) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards & as per tender condition.

l) Audio/Video annunciation for: (i) High water temperature (ii) Low lubricating oil pressure (iii) Engine over speed (iv) Engine fails to start (v) Full load/maximum load warning m) Space for spare compartments. All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches etc.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping for 400 kVA D.G. set with 150mm dia. (or as per OEM) welded black MS pipe (Class-B) conforming to IS:1239 (part-I, 2004) cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, SS Expansion Joints, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh & aluminum cladding etc., complete as required as per specifications.

Supplying and Laying of fuel piping between fuel tank and each diesel engine with MS class ‘C’ pipes of 25mm dia. (or as per OEM) on floors complete with valves, flanges, gaskets, joints , nutbolts, unions, level indications on Fuel tank & all accessories etc complete as required as per the site condition.

Dismantling of Exisitng 160 KVA acoustic enclosure type DG sets along with AMF panels, removing terminations, cable connections, Diesel Tanks including shifting to store or as directed by E-I-C complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

SITC of LT Panel (Essential) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and verming proof and having IP 42 protection LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in totally enclosed and compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for load bearing members & 1.6 mm thick for doors, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with powder coating in approved shade, TPN Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, suitable angle /channels frame in the bottom. Fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, connections from main bus bars to switch gears with required size of copper/aluminium solid conductors/bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half , Control MCBs etc. as required as per technical specifications i/c providing following switch gears and accessories: Incomer and Bus coupler (2+1) 630 Amp 4 pole (50 KA, lcs = 100% lcu) MCCB with Microprocessor release, Overcurrent/Short circuit/ Earth Fault protection, shunt trip coil, Auxilary contact, Extended Direct Rotary Handle, Spreaders, etc - 3 sets which shall be mutually mechanical & electrically interlocked by control key system between Two incomers and Bus coupler for safe operation. Bus Bars 800 Amp. TPN bus bars of aluminium alloy of suitable size as per technical specifications. Outgoings A) 400 Amp. 4 Pole, 50 KA, (lcs=100%lcu) MCCB with spreaders, ROH -1 Nos. Instrumentation A) 2 Nos. VAF + PF Meter having class 0.5 Accuracy with suitable CTs/PTs, Class 0.5 accuracy. B) 12 Nos. Three phase Digital Ammeter having class 0.5 Accuracy with suitable CTs, Class 0.5 accuracy. C) 03 nos LED phase indicating lights (RYB) with protection MCB/fuses for each incomer. D) 03 nos ON/OFF/TRIP LED indicating lamps for each I/C and Buscoupler; & 01 no ON indicating lamp for each O/G MCCB.

Supply of heavy duty XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments of following size and confirm to technical specifications enclosed.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 185 Sq. mm and upto 400 Sq. mm (clamped with 40 x 3 mm MS flat clamp).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
