All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of E&M installations of Baggage Handling system( Pteris Global Ltd. Make) for Arrival area including repairing/ breakdown maintenance with good Engineering practice, as recommended from manufacturer and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable working condition on all days including Sundays and holidays for following equipments complete all as required as per attached Particular specifications:- a) Inclined Arrival conveyor carousals, SS Slat type (1520mm width, loop length 73Mtr. approx.) – 05 Nos. b) Flat type arrival feeder baggage conveyor (1170 mm width) comprising of horizontal/inclined/queuing sections/loops (feeder length-17Mtr. Approx.) and belts of type rough top - 05nos. c) Microprocessor based power cum control panel- 05 nos.

Make) for Departure area including repairing/ breakdown maintenance with good Engineering practice, as recommended from manufacturer and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the systems in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable working condition on all days including Sundays and holidays for following equipments complete all as required as per attached Particular specifications:- a) Check-in-counters conveyors comprising of weighing & dispatch conveyors with weighing system – 32 sets b) Take away/collector conveyors(960 mm width) comprising of Horizontal /inclined/90 degrees power curves/queuing sections / loops and belts of type smooth/rough.- 02 Sets c) Microprocessor based power cum control panel having the old OMRON PLC kept in idle condition- 02 nos. d) Remote control Panels - 2Nos.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of E&M installations pertaining to Inline Baggage screening System (ILBS) which was modified for accomodating CTX based X-Ray Baggage Inline Screening sytem(CT-EDS M/c) in existing Baggage Handling system mention in BOQ item No.2 by addition/alteration/ Integration of following Electrical & Mechanical Installations of M/s. Pteris Global Ltd. Make including repairing/ breakdown maintenance with good Engineering practice, as recommended from manufacturer and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the systems in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable working condition on all days including Sundays and holidays for following equipments complete all as required as per attached Particular specifications:- a)Take away/Flat/Inclined/Decline/Queueing/45 degrees power curves alongwith belts of type smooth/rough.- 02 Sets b) BallTable / Gravity Roller forLevel-3 & Level-4 c) Automatic Tag Reader (ATR) -2 Nos., SCADA System-1Set d)Panel mentioned above at BOQ item 2(c) has been modified with new Allen Bradley make PLC integrating / controlling newly installed / modified lengths of conveyors, Check-in-Counters comprising of Weighing, Labelling and Induction Conveyors, ATR, SCADA System and inline CT-EDS Machine - 02 nos. e) New Remote-Control Panel (RCP) along with Universal I/P & O/P of OMRON make.-02 Set. NOTE : This Item will be executed w.e.f 05.12.2020
