PROVIDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC) Services for the work of maintenance and upgradation of main and approach road pavements in Banashankari 6th stage block 01 to block 11 of BDA Layout areas under BDA Limits.

A) PMC (Project management Consultancy) Services should have worked satisfactorily completed Road, Drain, Culverts of an any gov project not less than 40.00 crores and above, Work order copy, Agreement, Completion certificate, Tender Indent No, Work done certificate.

B) The firm must have experience in the field of civil engineering consultancy for last 03 years providing project management and Consulting services for State/Central Government and their undertaking agencies.

C) Achieved at in one financial year a minimum annual turnover (in all classes PMC of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs.40.00Lakhs in last Three years. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Audited Balance Sheets along with the Technical Proposal along with UDIN No.

D) General DPR Services should have worked satisfactorily completed Road, Drain, Culverts, Storm Water Drain, of an any gov project not less than 35.00 Crores of the project cost (Minimum 1 No)

F)Consultant should have ESIC & EPF Registration certificates with last 2 Years paid challan of specified staff.

G) Notarized copy of the Certificate of Registration of the Firm /Company/PWD Class III Consultancy Empaneled or Registration Certificate.

H) Consultant should provide with latest Valid GST certificate with last three years filled copy of GSTR 3BReturns filled copy should be submitted as proof of turnover.

J) Falling Weight Deflectometer (CRRI certified 1 Own/Lease)

K) Consultant should have Certificate of Registration Under CSIR- Central Road Research Institute,

L) Site inspection Report signed by concern engineer it should be upload in tender documents otherwise tender will be Rejected with Methodology and work plan, Task Assignment, Manning Schedule, PPT presentation will be uploaded and present the same Uploaded PPT in EE Office.

E) Consultants Must Have (OWN or MOU) NABL/NACC accreditation Lab should have Min 75 parameters of Road and Building material testing scope of accreditation, compulsory Steel testing parameters Must having NABL/ NAAC/ ISO certified with in Bangalore only Institutions Certificate not Considered

I) Consultant should have MSME, Form C, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute should be Registered and running office from past 3 years. Proof of certificate should be submitted.

M) Qualification and Relevant Experience of the Key Professional Staff fort he Assignment.
