PART - A ( CIVIL WORKS ) Design & Construction of RCC Raw water sump 7.5 Kl at intake with inlet and out let as per site requirement including excavation of side development required shuttering, supply of all matarial, labour, T&P etc complete as per requirement.
Survey, hydraulic/structural design, drawing, testing of soil bearing capacity and Construction of Water Tight R.C.C. 0.30 MLD (no of unit as per site) (for 16 hrs pumping) Capaciy Rapid GravityTreatment Plant ( or its equivalent as per CPHEEO manual should be capable of handling turbidity of 2500 ppm and the structural /hydralilic drawings and design of such structure , before execution of work. Quality of water ,after execution must be as per IS : 10500 (2012) code for potable water ) for clear raw water consisting of pre-sedimentation Tanks, Inlet Chamber, Mixing Unit, Floculation Unit , settling Tanks Rapid Sand Filters with alum doser and Back Wash arrangements, Clear Water chamber, approved Filter Media, 0.60 m wide Apron, Gate /Sluice Valves and their Chambers and all other appurtenant works , including supply and fixing pipes or making drain for proper drainage arrangement , MS pipes for connecting the units, and lighting arrangements inside and outside of operating platform and filter, mosaic flooring, doors and windows inoperating room, painting, distempering and cement based paint all inside and outside of WTP , M S Railing on stairs,filter all as required or as directed by Engineer -in -Charge etc, all complete including supply ,cartage of all materials T&P etc. Complete.
Survey, design (The contractor has to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metalic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking the thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe.On completion of this work, the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible forsupply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor) supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness of M.S. ERW (YST 210) Pipes by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes of Adwani or Adore make confirming to ISO 3183 : 2007 & IS 816 : 1969 including painting of pipe from inside and outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Rising Main and Feeder / Supply Main / Distribution pipe line in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Provide all materials, labour, T & P for Construction of M/S Iron Gate 03 nos.with M.S. work in heavy size such as build up gates doors and frames with two nos. 2- brick thick brick masonry Pillars 2.00 m high and 30 cm below ground level in 2 and brick masonry over 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 ( 1 cement, 4 sand and 8 stone aggregate). Pillars to plastered all over in 1:4 Cement and Sand mortar, 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates complete with two or more coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of steel primer on steel work and acrylic smooth exterior paint for pillars.(Area excluding pillars)
Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing through angle iron posts of size 50x50x6mm and height of post 1.8m weight of wire not less than 9.38 kg per 100m and spacing of row 15 cm c/c barbed wire shall be cross diagonaly of post around the water works site on the top of Boundary Wall as per specifications
