Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Rooftop On-grid Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Power Plant, including all necessary components to be connected & integrated with existing invertors setup, power optimizer, proper serial number pairing, synchronizations with existing synergy units for smooth and safe operation as per specifications and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Components and Installation: AC Control Panel including all internal wiring, breakers, protections, and metering.

Solar Module
Photovoltaic (PV) Modules: The solar photovoltaic system shall utilize Top-Con Bifacial N-Type Dual Glass Modules with a minimum power rating of 590 Wp or higher. These high-efficiency solar modules shall conform to the latest applicable standards, including IS 14286 / IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730 Part-1 and Part-2, or any relevant amendments in force at the time of installation. Each PV module must be equipped with a Radio Frequency (RF) identification tag for traceability and monitoring. Key specifications of the modules include: Photoelectric conversion efficiency of ≥ 22.87% Capability to perform satisfactorily under relative humidity up to 100% Operating temperature range: -10°C to +65°C Designed to withstand wind gusts up to 180 km/h from the rear side of the panel Appropriate interconnection cables shall be provided to ensure secure and efficient connectivity between solar modules. All equipment shall be suitable for outdoor installation and comply with environmental and mechanical durability requirements for long-term performance
PV Module Specifications and Protections: Appropriate surge protection devices shall be installed at the PV module level to safeguard against voltage spikes and transient surges. Each PV module shall carry a performance warranty guaranteeing: Minimum 90% of the rated output wattage at the end of 10 years Minimum 80% of the rated output wattage at the end of 25 years The modules shall feature: A front cover made of high-transmission (>91%) tempered and textured glass with anti-reflective (AR) coating, having a minimum thickness of 3.2 mm A durable anodized aluminum alloy frame to protect the silicon cells from mechanical damage and environmental exposure Additional technical requirements: Fill factor shall not be less than 0.70 Modules shall be installed at an optimal tilt angle and alignment to ensure maximum annual energy generation Typical open-circuit voltage (Voc): 52.7 V DC Short-circuit current (Isc): Not less than 14.17 A The modules shall be capable of withstanding a high voltage insulation test of 3 kV DC (rms) for 1 minute All modules and associated components shall meet the environmental and electrical safety standards necessary for long-term, reliable performance.
The junction box weather proof fabricated of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for out door application suitable for roof top SPV panel complete with all accessories, IP 65 String Combiner BOX with required Input and Output, suitable rating DC/AC MCBs and MCCBs, with AC/DC SPDs etc. as reqd. as IEC 62208 or relevant BIS & made of rust proof metal. The terminals shall be connected to copper bus bar arrangement of reqd. size & junction box shall be fitted with cable glands as per reqd. cable size for both incoming & outgoing cable.
MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
Structure Design: The overall structure will be divided into two distinct configurations: 1. Low-Height Structure (C-Channel Based): a. Constructed using C-Channels of suitable dimensions with a minimum thickness of 2 mm b. Hot Dip Galvanized for corrosion resistance c. Design as per the attached structural drawing / specification 2. High-Rise Structure : a. Designed with a minimum height of 10 feet b. Flat-plate framework using 4-inch Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI) pipes for vertical columns c. 2-inch HDGI pipes with a minimum thickness of 2 mm to be used for rafters and purlins in a scissors truss arrangement
d. Structure must include a fabricated walkway for safe and convenient access, ensuring ease of maintenance and serviceability All steel/Iron components shall be Hot Dip Galvanized to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term durability in outdoor conditions. The design must comply with relevant Indian standards and site-specific structural safety norms.
The fasteners, nut and bolts should be made of good quality stainless steel (304 Grade).
The structures should be designed to allow easy replacement of any module.
For Low Rise Structure The minimum clearance of the lowest part of the module structure and the developed ground level shall not be less than 500mm i/c providing appropriate space between row of panels for cleaning the panels & servicing. For High Rise Structure
The minimum clearance of the lowest part of the module structure and the developed ground level shall not be less than 10 Ft i/c providing appropriate space between row of panels for cleaning the panels & servicing. PCC foundation as per requirement include in the item. For covering the electrical wires appropriate size covered GI chanels will be used.
Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of DC Distribution Box (DCDB) suitable for 30A solar DC input, comprising high-quality DC fuses, Type-II DC Surge Protection Device (SPD), suitably rated isolators (where required), internal copper busbars, and all interconnections. The DCDB shall be housed in an IP65/IP67 weatherproof, dustproof, termite-proof and UV-resistant outdoor enclosure, complete with cable glands, protection hardware and mounting accessories. The assembly shall be suitable for integration with the additional 330 kWp Solar PV array and existing inverter system, as per site conditions and engineer-in-charge directions.
SITC of Power Optimizer suitable for operation with 2 Nos. Solar PV Module having capacity not less than 590Wp for each panel to achieve efficiency not less than 99.5% at module level, designed to automatically reduce high DC voltage to touch safe level, upon grid/inverter shutdown, allowing continuous monitoring to detect overheating due to any issue, complete with module level monitoring, enable pinpoint fault detection, fully compatible with central inverters and solar modules as mentioned above including connection interconnection and suitable mounting arrangement with structure having more than 15 Years guarantee/Warranty for the product complete as required. Supplying & laying of DC 6sqmm Cables UV protected with lowest conductor resistance and high mechanical strength for varying weather conditions. Electrolytic grade 99.99% pure copper. Oxygen index more than 30%. Virgin FR grade PVC. Electrolytic multi strand annealed copper conductor. Tin coated. EBXL compound for insulation. UV Protected XLPO compound for sheathing etc. complete as reqd.
Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with two numbers GI Suspenders i/c base of suitable size GI angle, GI bolts & nuts, fastner etc as required.

EARTHING
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of long life Maintenance Free Earthing System. The Rod shall be of Copper Bonded Steel with 25 mm dia. and l0 feet length with a core of mild steel molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.99% pure electrolytic grade Copper and exothermically welded Cu Busbar of 50X6X200mm tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 25 kA. Along with earth enhancement compound (jam plus) tested by RoHs complying IEC 62561-7 in a sealed bag of minimum 50 kg ( 10 kg Bag x 5) resistivity is less than 0.12 ohm meter . The earth station shall be with Suitable Poly-plastic Pit Cover with lockable arrangement including cost of petty material required to complete the job in all respect.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Armoured Aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe / Cable tray / Open duct etc as required.
