M&L for external painting LT Panel/Feeder pillar/Jn boxes of any size with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including repair/replacement of hinges of suitable size and external locking arrangements i.e sliding bolts by screwing/welding, tinkering works and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In repair 10 Sqmm PVC Insulated Single Core Unsheathed Industrial Flexible copper Cable conforming to IS 694:1990 with Flexible Bright Annealed Copper Conductor for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts along with Copper lugs and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication of clamps and back plates for fixing in replacement of street light, Jn boxes etc including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed made up of angle iron/flat iron and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including for Dismantling of exisitng one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 16 KA, 4 Pole 63 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, screwing, connector (links) of suitable size to connect the MCCB with bus bar, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts, extended links etc complete required for fixing the new one in existing location complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 35 KA, 4 Pole 250 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, screwing, connector (links) of suitable size to connect the MCCB with bus bar, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts, extended links etc complete required for fixing the new one in existing location complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 25 KA, 4 Pole 160 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, screwing, connector (links) of suitable size to connect the MCCB with bus bar, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts, extended links etc complete required for fixing the new one in existing location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar Box indoor type, double door made out of CRCA Sheet of 2 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of angle iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminum strips / bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet, free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided, the space between ground to panel should be 20 cm with PCC foundation for LT Panel, LT panel should be provided with necessary locking arrangement, danger notice sticker, cable glands, suitable size of lugs to connect cable to the panel I/C and O/G, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires and comprising and including the following : Incoming: a) MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 25 kA, Audjustable themral and adjustable magnetic setting. - 01 No. Outgoing: a) MCB TPN 40/32 Amps - 6 Nos. b) Intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kWH, etc with all connected CTs - 01 No. c) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue - 01 Set

S&F in replacement Street light timer analog clock type 3 module with battery backup, programable for every 15 Min, and connected to existing power contact for controlling street light including necessary arrangements for fixing of new timer at existing location by making necessary arrangement and taking down old timer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Power Contactor of 3 Phase, 40 Amps, 4 Pole, in existing Street light panel and connection with bus bar / cable with copper wire of suitable size including necessary arrangments like cutting, screwing and threading to fix new contactor in place of existing and removing the old contactor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of existing loop in-out junction box with non metalic PVC junction box suitable of size 350 x 250 x 150 with connector 4 way and including one MCB SP 6 A, 230V alongwith, 2 Nos cable glands of size not exc 4 core 25 sqmm, Cable lugs as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In repair 1.5 Sqmm PVC Insulated 3 Core Unsheathed Industrial Flexible Cable to connect PVC Jn box to end connection conforming to IS 694:1990 with Flexible Bright Annealed Copper Conductor for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts along with Copper lugs and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
