Laying of new belt consists of transportation of belt from stores to site, Un winding of belt from drums, laying of belt duly removing the old belt.
Dragging of snapped conveyor belt,connecting the belt ends together for jointing,including removal of coal on the snaped belt and deck sheets,with all leads and lifts.
Jointing of 1400mm width belt by hot vulcanizing process.
Patch repairs to conveyor belts by cold vulcanizing including peeling of rubber pieces from old belt cleaning, application of solution, hammering etc.
Arresting of take up at top level, removal of Idler stands and refixing, releasing of takeup, and trail run.
Providing of Diamond grooved rubber lagging of 12mm thick to drive pulleys by cold vulcanizing processes including lifting of counter weight, clamping of belt, pulley surface preparation, restoration of normalcy after completion of work and trial run.
Providing of plain rubber lagging of 12mm thick to non-drive pulleys by cold vulcanizing processes including lifting of counter weight, clamping of belt, pulley surface preparation, restoration of normalcy after completion of work and trial run.
