REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND CERTAIN REPAIR WORK SERVICES TO E/M INSTALLATION IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as under relevant item)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing, clean and dried plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/primer @ 250gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificallly provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of WC/toilet/bath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) laid on sunken floor in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on sunken surface with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparing, clean and dried plastered sunken surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/ mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 250 gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid coloured cermaic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.. Set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) in floor , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured ceramic glazed tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement over 10 mm thick plastered in CM 1:3, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair, 40mm bore low density polythene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm fixed to walls, ceilling or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan "orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to flushing pipe, ''P'' trap set in and including concrete and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern ( Anglo- Indian type), white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, pedestal pan and trap including connection to drain, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L removal of old PVC/Cast floor trap including wall crossinf pipe ad fixing new outlet pipe 75mm dia PVC(SWR) with stainless steel grating and new wall cross filling with PCC 1:2:4 with water proofing compound including matchng with exising tiles and jointed with outer pipe with solution and connected ti near pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Unplasticised PVC pipes with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Unplasticised PVC pipes with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 25 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 25mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Unplasticised PVC pipes with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old size 15mm to 20 mm bore position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) including taking up or down steel tubing and all new fitting and fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as 1st coat and 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as 2nd coat on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Liquid water proofing compound of approved make shall be used as per manufacures

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (Exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20mm bore, Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore, gun metal or globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe compledte all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, Exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but for capacity exc 500 liters & n exc 1000 liters all as specified and directed

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 & not Exc 500 ltr Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 500 litrs Rotational moulded polythylene white color tripple layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500 & not Exc 1000 ltr Capacity all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC rain water pipes for 110mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete rate included upto 15 to 20 Mtr height with all necessary safety arragements and seat belt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing and scrapig out rusted portion of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete rate included upto 15 to 20 Mtr height with all necessary safety arragements and seat belt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing split type AC of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity, from one location and re- fixing the AC at Same location/other location as directed, including replacement of 3 core copper cable require for connecting IDU & ODU, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the IDU and ODU for smooth functioning etc. complete all as specified and directed.
