Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit pipe of adequate size concealed on wall / fixed to surface on ceiling with PVC rawl plugs with modular sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes,conduit pipe to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering modular sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with modular type white plate with suitable brass screws and cup washers

One light/buzzer point controlled by one; one way switch.

One fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch

One 3 pin socket out let 5 amp (independent) point controlled by one; one way switch.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 amp point on the (same board) with other switches.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but with 2.5sq mm size FRLS pvc insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core stranded (multistrand) copper conductor cable for 3 pin socket outlet 15 amp on independent board.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite 63.5 x 20 mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch 6 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix modular switch 16 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix modular socket, 6 Amp, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix switch socket modular , 6 /16 Amp, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix modular fan regulator 120 W 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Accepting officer

Supply and fix elegantly industrial general purpose box type luminaire, 1x20 Watt, designed box type LED luminaries, CRCA sheet steel housing with white reflector cover fitted to the body with decorative end covers complete with spring loaded rotor type lamp holders, connected block with and including 01 No LED lamp 20 Watt and all accessories, pre-wired and connecting the same to ceiling rose with & including three core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor 23/0.0076 cable including all accessories and fixing arrangement for fixing the light fitting to walls / roof surface over and including 2 Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED 10 W mirror light having indirect up down light for mirror and as well light application with CCT 6000K, including L Electrical connection with 3 core flexible wire of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the tubelight fitting, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder PVC / Polycarbonate type with cord grip cap suitable for LED lamp fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix modular Bell push, 5 AMP AC 230 Volt single pole complete as specified.

Supply LED 20 W high quality indoor batten type tube light fitting with PC housing and as well light application CCT 6000 K, electrical connection of three core 0.5 sqmm copper flexible connection from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and with proper square box for fitting of tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

(1) The contractor shall keep all items readily available at site, which is required for urgent repair works.

(2) Common miscellaneous material such as screws any type, nails, washers, insulation tapes, clamps, hooks, which are required for the work the cost of which is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(3) All tools & tackles, plants, machineries, equipment and material to carry out the work at site which is to be decided by GE (A) Bhuj shall have to be provided by the contractor at his/ her own cost.

(4) Contractor’s supervisor (electrical engineer) should be available at the site to supervise the works and co-ordinate with the officials.

(5) The contractor shall ensure safety of his workers and other at site of work and shall be responsible for any consequence arising out of execution of the repair and maintenance works.

(6) The contractor shall ensure that his repair/ maintenance staff is qualified and licensed for their part of work. He shall be responsible for their conduct. The contractor shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to employees’ state insurance corporates property.

(7) It is responsibility of contractor to clean the area after repair work of appliances. Rates are deemed to be include in his quoted rates of respective items.

(9) Any person of contractor causes damage of equipment or property of Military station, the contactor will be solely held responsible for the cost of consequences thereof.

(10) Joint measurement shall be done weekly. The contractor should be available for joint measurement along with supervisior on every Wednesday from 15.00 hr to 17.00hr

(12) Contractor shall carry out all test. The equipments shall conform to Indian standards.
