Drilling of Bore well with Hand Bore set to a finished dia of 112/165/175/180 mm justify both sides in all kinds of formations suitable for hand bore set drilling such as black cotton soils, sandy and alluvial soils and insertion of PVC/PVC blue casing pipe with couplings including slotting of pipe where ever required and fixing of bore well with cap and bail plug as per directions of the department for a finished item of work including conducting yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges and bore development charges and all other charges required in fixation of pipe assembly, Flushing of bore with required pressure excluding cost of all required materials such as cap, bail plug, clamp sets, bolts and nuts etc., including cost of PVC casing pipe, slotting charges , complete for finished item of work and the entire work should be carried out as per IS -2800 Part I & II 1979 and amended from time to time. Boring , casing and development of tube well shall be as per IS 2800-2019, Casing pipe shall conform to IS 12818:2010.#

Supply, erection and commissioning of 5.00HP rated Three phase ISI self priming Mono block motor pumpset confirming to IS 9079:2002 of discharging 360 lpm of Makes: Kirloskar / Crompton / CRI / L&T / Texmo / Varsha/ aquatech or equivalent of approved make with necessary H-type clamp of suitable size and strength and including cost of control panel board 600x600x250mm made of 18 SWG CRCA sheet , MCB and D.O.L starter 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz..enclosed with no volt coil and overload protection with necessary materials make of Siemens / Crompton / L&T or equivalent suitable size with starting and running capacitors assembled with ISI mark contactors and fitted with Legrand make ISI mark cost of etc,. complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Earthwork in excavation by Mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per APSS 1317 for trench excavation and back filling.#

Supply, laying and fixing of HDPE Pipes of OD 110mm dia conforming to IS 4984 - 2016 (PE 100 grade & 8 Kg/cm2) by butt fusion welding and testing the pipeline to the required pressure including all specials for fixing, sundries, all labour charges, cost & conveyance of pipes from source of supply as per the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. HDPE pipes shall be laid and jointed as per IS 7634: Part2: 2012#

MS Flange set shall be conforming to IS 6032:2020, Size 50NB, Class 2.5 , Type SOFF |Material - IS 2062 Grade 250B, Drilling standard - ASME.B 16.5#

Supplying & fixing of GM Gate valve of 50mm dia required for fixing of mono block pump set and laying of pipe line, rate including all materials, labour charges for fixing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in- charge. GM Gate valve shall be confirming to IS 16043:2017#

Supplying & fixing of DI Air relief valve of 50mm dia required for fixing of mono block pump set and laying of pipe line, rate including all materials, labour charges for fixing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in- charge. DI Air relief valve shall be confirming to IS 14845:2000#

GI pipe B class shall be confirming to IS 1239 (Part1 ) :2004#

HDPE Pipe collars/ pipe ends shall be confirming to 8008 (Part 6) 2003 and HDPE pipe shall be laid and jointed as per IS 7634: Part2:2012#
