Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) and thickness 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binder, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick , block or stone walls etc including raking down joints hacking for key secrubing down with water etc any description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass small bushes shrubs etc and removing the excavated materials to a distance exc 50 m but n exc 100 m and desposited were complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for surface dressing n exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n exc 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for pipe 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06Sqm but n.exc. 0.11Sqm as per IS - 13755 in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753 in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 300x200x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
