24 hour Operation and maintenance of electrical installations of Ashtamudi towers IT building and LT/HT electrical installations at Technopark Kollam campus and to provide an expert team competent to attend any breakdown so as to maintain the system with standards of poerformance as stipulated by KSERC / IE rules from time to time and to effect new service connections,metering consumption etc. as detailed in scope of works and as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document ETPK/PH-V /2021-22/E-05

Annual/Preventive Maintenance
Assigning a competent agency/authority/company, which shall be approved by Technopark ,as per tender document to carry out the testing of various HV&LV Relays.Which including differential protection,Over Current and Earth ,Buccholz,Trip Supervision etc. need to be tested.The test needs to be done once in a year in the course of the contract period and the test certificates must be submitted to Technopark.(Relay details and quantity are specified in the tender document ETPK/PH-V /2021-22/E-05).
Assigning the OEM or an agency/company authorized by the OEM (should be an authorised dealer of maker company), which shall be approved by Technopark , to carry out the testing of LV Circuit Breakers in various locations. The test needs to be conducted once in a year in the course of the contract period and the test certificates must be submitted to Technopark..(Breaker details and quantity are specified in the tender document ETPK/PH-V /2021-22/E-05).

Preventive Maintenance of all the substations equipment under the direct control of Technopark ,located in Technopark Kollam campus. Manpower and Materiels must be adequate to complete the Maintenance under specified time(details and quantity are specified in the tender document ETPK/PH-V /2021-22/E-05).
