Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for sand filling including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation in layers n. exc 25cm.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block using grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 50m long and depositing where directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for kurb stone of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm at side of interlocking paver block or for covering drain of size 500 x 500 x 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall/chajja and applying one coat of 100% antifungal acrylic paint exterior grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rolling & consolidating formation surface in cutting as specified with power roller exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne

M&L for 150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber in spread thickness 200mm and rolled with power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers with crushed stone aggregate (granite or trap or basalt) of grading 02 (63mm to 40mm size) spread rolled with 08 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to a required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/track coat with bituminus primer at 10 Kg per Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10.

M&L for preparation black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, dust, mud etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bitumenous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidate thick with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen viscosity grade VG-30 by wt of total mix using mechanical paver & Hot mix plant , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller including spreading a layer of stone dust/sand over entire surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix sand seal coat with 0.06cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kgs of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform and smooth surface etc complete

M&L for preparation of black bituminous road surface and applying themoplastic road marking paint of white/yellow colour strips of width 125mm, minimum 2mm thick with applicator machine and heated mixer with striiing machanism at temperature 160 degree centrigrate, laid uniformly with width as directed. Paint shall be confirming to BS 3362 Part I & II 1989 etc. complete all as per manufacturer' s instructions and as directed. Make:- Shivalik/CMS Ltd/Automat Road Safety Ltd/Hotherm PLast Engineers.
