Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulb, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blnkets any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified.

M&L for providing 12mm thick Gyp boards in ceilings fixed to ceiling sections with screws @ 300mm centre to centre and making good joints Gypsum binder including preparing the surfaces of ceiling boards and applying 2 coats of acrylic oil emulsion distemper with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofits at approxly 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats, GI suspenders and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each side with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring single phase copper cable PVC insulated alongwith/ without conduit and accessories and removing from site of work making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and floor / ceiling etc

Taking down main switch/DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete.

Taking out unserviceable LT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the 70 TO 95 SQMM size of cables.

Laying only serviceable cables in trenches, ducts, on wall, pole etc after testing of retrieved cable under item no.111 by megger complete all as directed for 70 to 95 Sqmm sizes of cables.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt, Coal & Magnesium sulphate etc. complete. Note: G I strip exc. 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

S&F GI strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets/ welding including PVC sleeve throughout the strip etc all as directed by engineer-in-charge complete.
