Material and labour for roof surface treated with PU Elastoseal primer with Epoxy Primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating, supplying and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, elastomeric, polyurethane resin cold applied of spray/brush applied membrane with an elongation of 650%+ 50 and tensile strength not less than 2 Mpa, crack bridging ability not less than 2mm. No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure. Shore Hardness > 50 Shore. The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm, (overall) in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 1.5mm including providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75mm before laying SRI roof tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
