Deck caps for various rod gearing valves to be installaed along with round name tallilies.material for talllies and deck caps : Gunmetal .Size approx : dia 2'' x thickness 50mm.Deck caps suitable to the existing sizes to be supplied by vendor.

Four Sea water valves of AER Sea Canal defective view leaking.To be overhauled as per annexure attached.SIZE : NW600 type butterfly .

Multiple valves and flanges in LP Air System/ general purpose airline leaking.Sizes - Ranging from NW15 - NW65.To be overhauled as per annexure attached.

PME gear driven SW pump suction valve before strainer stuck in open position (size 200NB) and requires to be overhauled.To be overhauled as per annexure attached

PME Gear driven SW Pump discharge valve (size 200 NB) not holding To be overhauled as per annexure attached

Fresh water filling valve (150 mm flap valb) at Quarter deck (Stbd side) requires to be overhauled / renewed view stuck in close position and material deterioted. To be overhauled as per annexure attached
