GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

1 The general terms & conditions are as per tender documents.

2 The cost of Tender document will not be refund under any circumstances.

3 EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be accepted. EMD & Tender fees

shall be of Nationalized banks & advised by Govt. i.e., IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, &

5 Tenders without tender document fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and which do not fulfill

all or any of the condition or submitted incomplete in any respect will be rejected.

6 Not more than one tender for single work shall be submitted by a tenderer. Bidder can submit

7 Conditional tender shall not be accepted.

8 Bhuj Nagarpalika reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of

package or rejects any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

14 Bidders who wish to participate in this E-Tender will have to procure valid digital certificate as

per information Technology Act 2000. Bidders can procure this certificate from any of the

Government approved certifying agency i.e., consultancy services.

15 Bidders shall upload the tender documents after remit the tender fee and EMD in form of DD

as mentioned above & same will be scan with all documents & purpose of realization of DD

bidder shall sent original through RPAD up to date the last day of uploading. This should be

as per details given on line and it should be remitted before the last date of uploading the

tender. The intending bidders have to scan all necessary related documents. The bidders

17 Bidder shall submit their offer in electronic format on above mentioned website on or before

physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by the Bhuj Nagarpalika will be

out rightly rejected.

18 The Technical Bid will be opened on the specified date online on website

http://www.nprocure.com. Bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online

tender opening can log on to http://www.nprocure.com on the due date and time, mark their

presence and participate in online tender opening. Bidders who wish to remain present At

Bhuj Nagarpalika premise at the time of tender opening can do so. Only one representative of

each firm will be allowed.

19 Interested bidders can view detailed tender notice and download tender documents from the

20 Bidders who wish to participate in online tender have to register with the website through the

“New User Registration” link provided on the home page. Bidder will create login id &

password on their own in registration process.

21 Bidders who wish to participate in e-Tender need to fill data in predefined forms of tender fee,

EMD, experience details and Price bid only.
