Fair Lead Rollers to be opened, serviced and fitted back and operation shown to ship staff. Size: 250mm dia X 150mm height

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned job, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All consumables, all type of fasteners as per existing material Top covers, screws and Grease nipples as per existing material grade etc., Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at Sl.No.1 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Sl. No. 1.1 against third party/OEM invoice.

Port and stbd anchors and cables to be lowered, disconnected cables bitter end from chain locker, ranged on dock floor. Anchor & its cables along with swivels, joining shckles, D-shackles, etc., are to be calibrated and marking to be done as per rule requirement with white canvas and SS strips, further the cables between the markings are to be painted with red & white. after repairs heaved up and secured, reconnect the bitter ends in chain locker. (lowering and heaved up by windlass or shore crane, if windlass not in working condition is covered in contractor scope) Details: Cable dia: 22mm. Each link: 27.5Mtrs. Port side links: 06Nos & Stbd side links: 05Nos. Total cable length: 302.5Mtrs Any consumables / material like Lead, Canvas cloths (white), SS strips etc., required for the above job shall be HSL scope only.

Joining / Kenter Shackles to open overhaul, assemble / renew and mark with owners / HSL supply paint.

Anchor swivels to open overhaul / freeing / renew and fit back

Anchor cable lengths to be Changing / interchanged
