Replacement of worn out/damaged gravimetric feeder belt by new belt

Replacement of failed bearings of take-up pulley, inlet span rollers grease retaining ring and bearing retainer .

Replacement of head pulley bearings, coupling halves studs flange and rubber bushes of Main drive pulley.

Removing of the coal on the conveyor belt of gravimetric feeder

Dismantling and replacement of defective Main drive gear box of Feeder and overhauling of removed gear box.

Dismantling and replacement of defective COC gear box of feeder and overhauling of removed gear box.

Replacement of Coupling halves of drive pulley of gravimetric feeder.

Replacement of failed bearings of Clean Out Conveyor drive & driven sprockets.

Removal & replacement of bearings of weigh span roller & weigh sensing roller of gravimetric feeders.

Servicing/Overhauling of lube oil supply pumps of main drive assembly of gravimetric feeder.

Overhauling of raw coal bunkers gates of gravimetric feeder

Dismantling/replacing/servicing and re-erection of feeder outlet Gate

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of EPF, ESI, GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
