The intending bidder / firm / Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work involving Supply of man power off value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e Rs 7.85 lakhs. During the last 5 financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Note: An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying total 08 number of manpower Light Mazdoor Watchmen Attender 06 Nos Computer Operator 01 Nos and Driver 01 Nosduring the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years, an Annual Financial Turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract i.e., Rs 15.64 LakhsNote 1 An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 4.69 Lakhs (30% of amount put to tender) (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from Scheduled / Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc) in the prescribed format. (Annexure B)

Firm registration certificate under the Companies Act 1956 or The Agencies who have been registered under any appropriate Government Department in the State of Karnataka for having been in existence as a registered Firm / Agency for past Five (5) years or more.

Valid license under Commercial Establishment Act, 1961 and Previous year Labor Welfare Fund Paid receipt.

The agency shall have already registered their firm with EPF registration certificate and licenses up to date must be uploaded. The agency shall upload the EPF remittance challans of previous three months of the current year.

Performance certificate should be provided by Executive Engineer based on his available previous five (05) years records in the prescribed format. (Annexure K)
