Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring having 300mm Finished Floor Height with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment up to 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized ofrectangular size 70x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones.The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including making nosing to edges , rubbing and polishing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. With welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer like SAIL/TATA/Vizag/JINDAL, etc. including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, eltc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. M.S. gratings made out of MS flats of 25 x 6mm as main bar @ 40mm C/c and cross bars of 12 x 5mm @ 100mm C/c including edge bar of 25 x 6mm having necessary cutouts for platforms, landing walk way stairs treads etc. at all heights all complete including welding providing and fixing necessary clips to fix in position with structural supports and finished with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Enginer.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement ( weight of stainless steel members only shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose )all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing Water proofing with APP(Atactic Polyproylene Polymer) modified, prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black findished, reinforced with non woven polyster matt, Sikka WP shield 103 or equivavalent (Vital parameters : Tensile strength / joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23Deg C as 600/450 n/5 CM. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/200N. Softening point of membrane > 145 DEG C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2 Deg C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147).The work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge and the following operations: (i) Providing and applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane (primer density at 25 Deg C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/lts and viscocity 70 - 160 cps) applied @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. (ii) Over the primer coat, when the primed surface is tacky, a layer of 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane shall be laid by Torch application using Butane torch with 15cm overlaps and seal the joints/ overlap using gas torch and as per manufacturers recommendations. (iii) Applying hot applied blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.20kg/Sqm (iv) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. Note: (1) All relevant test certificates for thematerials shall be supplied by the contractor before starting the work. (2) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicatore of the manufacturer of membrane (3) It may be noted that the contractor shall execute Guarnatee bond in the prescribed form of the department for a period of Ten years for leak proof function of the structures wherever this water proofing item is executed. (4) All the debris generated during any of the operations shall be dispose to dumping yard with in a lead of 2kms. As directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm nonwoven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation.

Providing and fixing 35 mm ISI Marked flush door shutters conforming to IS 2202 (Part I ) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters fixed to 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle frame including necessary Aluminium anodised fixtures and fittings, SS butt hinges, Mortice locks, 20 x 4 mm size MS hold fasts welded to angle frames and grouted in 100 mm thick cement concrete 1: 2 : 4, providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade over a coat of approved primer on putty finished surface of door etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & fixing Polyester powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) for windows, Doors of sliding/openable type at all level with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of 'Jindal' make or equivalent conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285 , anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868.
