Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of width as directed and 9 to 10 mm thick as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted applying 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dholpur stone of thickness 16mm to 18mm clading gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number stainless steel clamps (Grade-202) of flat 30x2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fasterner, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregated) as in sub base, floor finished even and rough to receive floor tiles/ kota stones etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for praparation of new undecorated concrete surfaces of road side kerb stone and similar items of any description and any position exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the strip pattern of different tint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel health faucet with 1 mtr tube and hook complete all as specified and directed. Make Jaquar ALD 573 or equivalent of Parryware/Hindware

S & F in repair aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 m ( weight not less than 600 gms / sqm ) and fixed with aluminium wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness and any description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips and S & F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard / dense soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.
